Research On The Characteristics And Physical Exercise Value Of Traditional Sports Of Yugur People

There are numerous intangible cultural heritages of the Chinese nation,and one of them is the ethnic traditional sports.Ethnic traditional sports refer to all kinds of traditional sports activities with distinctive ethnic characteristics that have been passed down from all ethnic groups in the world.Combined with the Chinese context,the traditional sports of the Chinese nation is more cordial.The traditional sports of the Chinese nation have played a pivotal role in the ethnic culture and economy of our country.Being a unique ethnic group in Gansu Province,Yugur people is one of the ethnic minorities with a long history.It is mainly distributed in Kangle District,Dahe District,Minghua District,Huangcheng District,and Youai Township of Mati District in Sunan Yugur Autonomous County,and the rest of them mainly live in Huangnibao,Jiuquan.The traditional sports of Yugur people are the product of Yugur People's long history and the reproduction of its fine culture,embodying the characteristics of the ethnic group.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of traditional sports of Yugur people,this paper studies the physical exercise value of the traditional sports,and collates,records and classifies the ethnic traditional sports under the existing technical conditions.By using the methods of literature review,field survey and expert interview,This paper carries out analysis and research on the traditional sports of Yugur people,gives a brief introduction to the distribution of Yugur people,the source of the title and ethnic origin,the origin and characteristics of ethnic traditional sports of Yugur people,the physical exercise value of traditional sports of Yugur people,the orientation of the physical exercise value of the traditional sports of Yugur people and the problems and suggestions for its development.With the development of society,some traditional sports of Yugur people have gradually withdrawn from the stage of history.Through the analysis of traditional sports of Yugur people,increase Yugur people's understanding of the physical exercise value of traditional sports in order to better ensure inheritance and development.Making Yugur People's traditional sports come into the sight of the masses is also a reproduction of the origin of Yugur People's traditional sports and the history of ethnic survival,ethnic war,festival customs,recreation,and religious belief.It is of great significance for promoting the development of Yugur people's traditional sports to study thecharacteristics of traditional sports of Yugur people and its physical exercise value.Based on the analysis and research of the traditional sports characteristics and fitness value of Yugu,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The traditional sports of Yugu ethnic group have the profound historical background of the Chinese nation whose sports resources are rich,the forms are diverse,the items are numerous,the characteristic is obvious;the project is not only integrated,confrontational and interactive,but also integrated with the inheritance and convergence of its ethnic culture.The original Yugu traditional sports are included in the traditional fitness activities to enrich the content of fitness activities,discard all adverse factors,and carry forward the Yugu traditional sports through social and other ways.2.Traditional sports of Yugu contain rich traditional culture,which is a collection of traditional culture.The ethnic sports competition provides fertile soil for the traditional sports of the Yugu,and its costumes and customs provide the nutrients and make it have a profound cultural character.3.Lead the traditional sports full of cultural character of Yugu into ethnic fitness and National Games,make it into the daily life of the people,strengthen the symbols of memory of people to the Yugu traditional sports,showing a stable inheritance.It is not only conducive to the exchange of ethnic culture,but also effectively promote the spread of ethnic sports culture.4.From the point of view of the current hardware condition of the development of mass sports,its development level is restricted by the economic aspect,mainly manifested in the insufficient funds of the field,equipment and so on.The traditional sports of Yugu can give full play to the economic use value of sports.Most of the traditional sports activities do not have high restrictions on the equipment,which is suitable for the poor local geographical environment and the lack of funds.At this stage,it is a feasible choice to develop traditional sports of Yugu and promote the development of ethnic fitness5.Yugu traditional sports are of high fitness value,which can improve physical health and mental health,improve social adaptability,and promote people's all-round development.It has a positive effect on the formation of people's moral concept and moral character.
