A Study On Refined Management Of Taiyuan Golden Sunshine Kindergarten

With the development of economy,the preschool education in our country shows a trend of continuous optimization.However,problems still exist in many kindergartens in terms of management,which has a negative impact on the growth of children and the long-term development of kindergartens.The characteristics and methods of refined management are in line with the characteristics and principles of kindergarten management.It can continuously tackle the existing problems in kindergarten management and enhance the management level of the kindergarten.Therefore,kindergartens can actively explore and implement the refined management.Based on the background of "the state strongly supports and develops the cause of early childhood education" and taking Taiyuan Golden sunshine kindergarten as the research object,this paper,through the methods of literature search,questionnaire survey,etc.,and in combination with the relevant theories of fine management such as "Taylor Principle" and total quality management,starts from introducing the relevant concepts of kindergarten management and fine management,expounds the current management situation of Taiyuan Golden sunshine kindergarten,analyzes the problems existing in its management,and expounds the necessity of implementing fine management.Furthermore,it designs the scheme of fine management based on the operation and organizational structure of Taiyuan Golden sunshine kindergarten,and points out the misunderstandings and safeguard measures that should be avoided in the process of fine management.This article is mainly divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part,which introduces the research background and significance of the study,and reviews previous researches at home and abroad.The second chapter clarifies the concepts and connotations of kindergarten management,fine management and fine management of kindergartens,and expounds the relevant theories of fine management and its enlightenment to the implementation of fine management in kindergartens.The first two chapters of the paper provide theoretical basis of the study.The third chapter introduces the current management situation of Taiyuan Golden Sunshine Kindergarten and evaluates the current situation of kindergartens according to the results of the questionnaire survey.Chapter Four analyzes the problems existing in kindergarten management on the basis of the third chapter,and demonstrates the necessity of implementing fine management in combination with the characteristics of fine management.In the fifth chapter,focusing on the specific management of the kindergarten,the plan design and process analysis of the fine management of the kindergarten are carried out to provide specific method guidance for the implementation of the fine management from the aspects of education and teaching management,conservation management,logistics management,financial management and administrative office management.The last chapter puts forward some corresponding safeguard measures in the specific implementation of the fine management plan,so as to ensure the application and continuous implementation of the fine management.Refined management is a scientific management project rather than a simple formulaapplication,so the application of refined management in kindergarten management needs to be further studied.The research of this paper is helpful to the implementation of fine management in Taiyuan Golden Sunshine Kindergarten,thus promoting the improvement of the management level and teaching quality in kindergartens,and promoting the improvement of kindergarten income efficiency.Meanwhile,its research results,which has important theoretical and practical significance,can also provide reference for other kindergartens to put fine management into practice.
