Teaching quality is the life of schools, the teaching innovation is the livingguarantee. Current education situation is from the "let every child can accepteducation" to "every child can enjoy high quality education" transformation. Thecompletion of this transformation, it must be advanced education teaching idea intoteaching practice, and the small class teaching is an important carrier to achieve thistransformation.Small class teaching to teaching in large classes are more content rich anddelicate, including small class environment optimization, efficient classroombuilding, personalized evaluation and individualized education teacher professionaldevelopment, but promote the practice of the most important ways in the process ofsmall class teaching is teaching, fine management of small class teaching providesthe possibility to improve the quality of teaching in schools, creating conditions.This paper is based on the pursuit of the school connotation development thisbig background, research on fine management teaching in small classes of juniormiddle school, Xigang District in the selected three schools conducted a uestionnairesurvey and interviews, to understand the current situation of small weak schoolteaching management, analyzes the existing problems, the attribution analysis indetail, and on this basis put forward the improvement strategies, in order to find thecrux of the problem of weak schools, to provide some enlightenment and referencefine management implementation. The standard of teachers’ class teaching behavior,improve the structure of teaching in small classes, small class teaching qualityimprovement, how carries on the research of fine management of small classteaching, practical significance, guiding significance.This paper is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction, includingthe question proposed, the research purpose and significance, literature review. Thesecond part is the research methods and research process. This study used aquestionnaire survey method, interview method, literature method. The third part isthe analysis of the survey results and junior middle school teaching in small classesof fine management present situation, through the questionnaire and interview,presents existing at present junior middle school class teaching management,including management concept, system establishment, quality of management,implementation, regular classroom teaching in five aspects, and from these fiveaspects objective and detailed analysis is made on the causes. The fourth part isbased on the above five aspects of the countermeasures to improve the junior middleschool class management level.
