In recent years,with the deepening of education reform in our country,the development and trend of education has been shifted from low-quality scale-based increase to the expanding of the total quantity of high-quality resources.The management of kindergarten has also changed from extensive management to fine management.Fine management is a kind of management idea and management culture.Through the research of kindergarten fine management,learning from the management experience of the Shanghai model kindergarten,we can improve the working efficiency and management level,promote the development of teachers,improve the quality of running kindergartens,improve the satisfaction of parents,and improve the fine management level of kindergartens in the region.Through “the method of interview survey”,this paper combs the present situation and existing problems in the fine management process of Songjiang district kindergartens,such as the gap between meticulous management propaganda and identity;the imbalance of government investment;the lack of linkage between government,kindergarten,community(family);inadequate supply of institutions,etc.The reasons for analyzing these problems are: the limitation of kindergarten understanding of the idea of fine management,the limitation of fine managementresources to the level of economic and social development,the lack of guarantee for the coordinated action of multiple subjects in implementing fine management,the loss of emphasis in the system management which continue the tradition of “rule by man”.By learning from the experience of Shanghai Model Kindergarten in fine management,the experiences are as follows: the precise interpretation of implementing the concept of fine management,the assurance of adequate supply of fine management resources,and the strengthening of the coordination of fine management subjects,the strengthening of the system design of fine management.In the process of analyzing the fine management of exemplary kindergartens,this paper also combines the characteristics of the development of kindergartens in Songjiang District,combs the experience that can be used for reference in the implementation of fine management of kindergartens in Songjiang District,and analyzes which experiences are difficult to use.At the same time,according to the plight of the kindergarten in Songjiang District and the management experience of the model kindergarten,the ways to optimize the fine management of the kindergarten in Songjiang District are as follows: Firstly,make clear the concept of the fine management of the kindergarten in Songjiang District.That is,accurate interpretation of the fine management concept by the government,refined understanding of the fine management concept by the kindergarten and the recognition of the fine management concept by the community(family);Secondly,the guarantee of various kinds of resources for the meticulous management of the kindergartens in Songjiang District,that is,from three aspects,people,finance,material.To provide all kinds of security conditions for fine management to;Thirdly,the multiple subjects coordination of Songjiang District kindergarten fine management,that is,the government's role in the leading and integration behavior,kindergarten's role in implementation behavior,the community's(family)role in the cooperation and feedback behavior;Fourthly,the improvement of the fine management system of the kindergarten in Songjiang District,that is,the supervision and security system of the government,the hierarchical management system of the kindergarten,the participation and feedback system of thecommunity(family),etc.With all these efforts,they can continuously improve the level of fine management of kindergartens in Songjiang District.This paper attempts to use Shanghai model kindergarten as a reference,draw lessons from its experience in fine management,around the problems in the fine management of Songjiang District kindergarten,and comb out the optimized path of Songjiang District kindergarten fine management.It is hoped that it can promote the practice and popularization of fine management in the management of kindergartens in Songjiang District,so as to solve the problems in the management of kindergartens,improve the level of management of kindergartens,and improve the quality of running kindergartens.
