Taijiquan is an important representative of Chinese traditional culture,a sports item in which national color and cultural characteristics exist together,and an important part of campus sports culture in colleges and universities.In colleges and universities in the form of elective courses and compulsory courses to carry out a wide range of students' physical and mental health has a good role in promoting.However,the teaching of tai chi is mainly based on the single mode of teaching,the teaching process is more repeated exercises,the classroom atmosphere is more monotonous,boring,which has caused some obstacles to the enthusiasm of students to learn tai chi.To explore the new mode and method of Taijiquan teaching is one of the subjects of teachers and PE teaching researchers.With the rapid development of information technology,its impact on the traditional teaching mode has gradually become prominent.More and more information technology is used in teaching.Flipping classroom teaching mode is the teaching mode that fully applies information technology tools,and has achieved positive results in teaching work in recent years.In order to explore the theory,teaching effect and its application in the teaching of Taijiquan,we design and implement the experiment of Taijiquan flipping classroom by means of literature,experiment,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logic analysis.and collect experimental data for comparison with the teaching effect of traditional teaching mode.Through the data analysis of the experimental group and the control group,we find that the experimental group students have higher skill level than the traditional group students;the experimental group students and the traditional group students' physique level is almost no difference;the experimental group students and the traditional group students in the target attitude,behavior cognition,behavior habits,behavior intention,emotional experience,behavior control,subjective standards,there is no difference in behavior attitude,and on this basis further reflect and analyze the application of flipping classroom teaching mode in Taijiquan teaching feasibility,which is conducive to the promotion of the flipping classroom teaching model in Taijiquan teaching widely used.The main results are as follows:1,Tai chi flip classroom teaching mode teaching effect is better than the traditional teaching mode.2,Cultivate good interpersonal relationship.3,Further training students' awareness and ability of lifelong sports.4,The teacher's control is tai chi flipping classroom teaching mode to ensure.5,Tai chi flipping classroom teaching mode to the students' consciousness and initiative requirements are higher.And targeted to make the following recommendations:1,To promote tai chi flipping classroom teaching mode in tai chi teaching application.2,Enhance students' social adaptability such as self-esteem,self-improvement,cooperation and competition,and promote the development of physical and mental health.3,Through the improvement of the existing education mode,students can take the initiative to participate in sports,and finally form the idea of lifelong sports,and master the knowledge and skills of lifelong sports.4,Enhance the teacher's classroom control to ensure the effect of flipping classroom mode teaching.5,Improve the student's self-awareness and initiative to promote the formation of students' exercise attitude.In order to enrich the teaching mode of tai chi in colleges and universities,and promote the development of tai chi teaching in colleges and universities.
