Taijiquan is a precious physical culture heritage of our country,many colleges and universities have included it in the compulsory curriculum,sports curriculum in vocational colleges occupies a certain proportion.In the study of taijiquan,students can not only master sports skills,but also develop their lifelong sports awareness.However,there are still some bottlenecks in the development of taijiquan teaching.The traditional teaching mode is difficult to improve the effect of taijiquan teaching,and it is not in line with students' learning habits according to their learning needs.In view of the existing problems,the current situation of teaching mode was studied,and it was found that the application effect of flipped classroom teaching mode in multiple disciplines was better,and the mature teaching practice provided a good reference for taijiquan teaching.Therefore,this paper proposes the topic of "empirical study on the teaching mode of taijiquan flipped classroom in higher vocational colleges".Firstly,the concept of flipped classroom teaching mode was defined by literature method,and the flipped classroom teaching mode at home and abroad was analyzed and studied.In addition,the flipped classroom teaching in sports field and the status quo of taijiquan teaching in higher vocational colleges were studied,and the existing problems in current taijiquan teaching were summarized.To solve these problems,this study applied flipped classroom teaching model for experimental verification.Firstly,a questionnaire on the understanding of the twenty-four simplified taijiquan was designed to understand the understanding of the experimental class and the control class on the twenty-four simplified taijiquan.Then,questionnaire on the effect of flipped classroom on taijiquan teaching was issued to the experimental class before and after the experiment,and the results of the two questionnaires were compared and analyzed to verify the effectiveness of flipped classroom on taijiquan teaching from the perspective of students.After the experiment,SPSS 22.0 was used to analyze the classroom performance,theoretical scores and skill scores of the experimental class and the control class,respectively,to verify the practical application effect of flipped classroom teaching mode in taijiquan teaching.Through mathematical statistics,the data obtained are processed and analyzed,and the following conclusions are drawn:1.The flipped classroom teaching mode is feasible in taijiquan teaching to a certain extent,which caters to the orientation of students' learning habits and fits the educational thought of cultivating students' independent thinking and problem solving;2.Flipped classroom teaching model plays a certain role in improving students' classroom performance and can attract students to actively participate in the learning process;3.Through independent learning,students can improve their ability to find problems,find problems and solve problems,generate learning drive,improve their theoretical quality of taijiquan,and improve their theoretical performance to some extent,which has a certain promoting effect on improving the quality of students' complete movements and the performance of technical movements;4.Flipped classroom can enhance students' interest in learning taijiquan,improve their independent learning ability,enhance their cooperative learning ability,and have a certain impact on students' learning motivation.Its novelty and effectiveness enhance students' recognition of this teaching model.
