In recent years,China's youth sports has made great progress,youth sports activities are widely carried out,youth organizations have increased significantly,the emergence of sports talents.However,schools,parents,students themselves,the function and importance of physical education is not in place,emphasis on cultural courses,light physical exercise phenomenon is still widespread.Students' physical quality showed a downward trend continuously,poor eyesight showed a high tendency of younger age,obesity detection rate continued to rise and other issues are more prominent,the decline in physical quality of young people has not been fundamentally reversed.Fortunately,the construction of " healthy China" for the reform and development of school sports pointed out the direction,providing a wider space for development.Physical education and health curriculum in school physical education is one of the main ways to build a " healthy China",is also the most basic part,and it is very important for young people to develop exercise habits and healthy lifestyle.General secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that " youth is stronger than China,sports is stronger than China",which is enough to show that young sports is strong,China is strong.Teenagers are the future of the motherland,is the hope of the nation,teenagers physical and mental health,physical and mental health is the foundation of the country strong,youth sports is to promote the construction of healthy China's key measures.At present,under the educational environment of attaching importance to cultural courses and neglecting physical exercise in our country,the development of physical and mental health of teenagers is mainly carried out through school physical education and health courses and extracurricular physical activities.physical education and health courses are the necessary means for the development of physical education and physical and mental health of teenagers.Based on the background of " healthy China",this paper investigates the current situation of physical education and health curriculum in 12 senior high schools in Linfen city by using the methods of literature,questionnaire,field investigation and mathematical statistics.The results show that: first,Linfen city high school has not paid enough attention to physical education and healthcurriculum,there are cultural curriculum crowding physical education curriculum phenomenon;The number of PE and health courses per week does not match the number of courses expected by students.Two,Linfen city high school physical education teachers are given priority to with young and middle-aged,bachelor degree is more;Physical education teachers with the first and second professional titles in the middle school accounted for the majority;Most of them have participated in the training of physical education teachers in recent two years,and some of them have little knowledge about the content of school physical education in the healthy China strategy.Male and female physical education teachers gender imbalance,male more women less;The shortage of teachers with high-level academic qualifications.Third,the vast majority of physical education teachers fully understand the school's physical education and health curriculum objectives and physical education teaching objectives,and designated physical education and health curriculum objectives have a scientific basis,can well achieve the goal of physical education.Four,Linfen city high school physical education and health curriculum teaching content selection is rich;There is a phenomenon that PE teaching facilities affect PE teachers' selection of teaching content.Physical education teachers choose teaching content according to physical education teaching materials,teachers' independent research and development and students' requirements;The vast majority of physical education teachers believe that the curriculum content should conform to the curriculum objectives and teaching objects.Five,Linfen city high school physical education teachers to use administrative class teaching organization form,in the physical education and health class teaching organization form is relatively single,some students are not satisfied with the physical education teachers to use the teaching organization form;The vast majority of PE teachers choose the corresponding PE teaching methods according to different teaching contents and students' actual level,but the selected PE teaching methods lack of innovation,some students are not satisfied with the PE teaching methods selected by PE teachers.Six,Linfen city high school physical education teachers in the evaluation of students' physical education learning effect too pay attention to the evaluation of the results,ignoring the evaluation of students' learning attitude and psychology in the process of class,most schools use the form of teacher evaluation of students,without the evaluation of each other between students and their own evaluation.Seven,Linfen city high school sports teachers development and utilization of sports curriculum resources content for the vast majority of ethnic and folk traditional projects,the lack of innovative and innovative sports;There are some human and material resources in the development processof physical education curriculum resources,and no students participate in it.Eight,there are part of the school sports venues construction is not perfect,sports equipment and facilities equipped with insufficient quantity affects the quality of physical education classroom teaching,which directly affects the enthusiasm of students to physical education and health curriculum.
