The rapid development of information technology has brought new perspectives and opportunities to education.MOOC,as the educational product of the integration of information technology and the Internet,has overturned the traditional mode of offline teaching and passive listening for specific students,and has turned the world's top prestigious school courses into society.The openness of the public has lowered the threshold for social learners to learn and pushed the tide of lifelong learning to a climax.During the outbreak of the COVID-19 in 2020,it played a key role in supporting higher education in the online teaching process.However,in practice,MOOC also has problems,such as a single learning method for learners and a high dropout rate.Analyzing the reasons,MOOC is a new education form different from traditional education.The loneliness of learning caused by "separation of teachers and students" needs to be compensated by good and appropriate learning support services.As the operator of nearly 100 courses of the first MOOC platform xuetangX in China,the author summarizes the problems existing in MOOC learning support services through course management,other MOOC platform surveys,questionnaire surveys,and interviews: curriculum resources are not systematic.The course is mainly based on the video provided by the course team;the learning process is mainly based on autonomous learning;management services are scattered,fragmented,and affected by platform functions.So,how to optimize MOOC learning support services,improve learning results,and then improve learning satisfaction of MOOC learners? It has become an urgent problem for MOOC.In response to the above problems,the author combines the existing research and development status of MOOC learning support services,and extracts three necessary changes of MOOC learning support services: from a single point of service to a system service;from knowledge transfer to ability improvement;from a single course The service is transformed into a lifelong learning service.And then creatively constructed the MOOC learning support service "three vertical three horizontal one core" optimization model.Take the three key elements of "Course Team","MOOC Platform" and "Course Learner" as "vertical" and the three dimensions of "resource support","learning support" and "management support" as "horizontal".The learner'slearning process is the "core",highlighting student-centricity,interaction as a means,generation as the goal,attention to the learning experience,and emphasis on the construction of the MOOC learning support service system.And from September to December 2019,the school's online platform "Engineering Ethics(Autumn 2019)" course learning support service was used.Compare the experimental results with the "Engineering Ethics(Spring 2019)" course to verify the effectiveness of the model.The experimental results show that after improving the learning support service,the learning effect of the experimental group is significantly improved compared with the control group,which is manifested in the enhancement of course participation,the willingness to share,the quality of the output content is high,and the academic performance is significantly improved.
