With the development of Internet technology,online education presents a vigorous development trend,MOOC as the "Internet + education" courses form came into being,but it is still in the development period,as a new thing,the related practice and research is not too mature,and therefore exposed a lot of problems,such as high dropout rate,low learning enthusiasm,and so on.SPOC as a derivative form of MOOC courses,like MOOC,there are similar problems with the online learning,while the Offline teaching also requires active and effective interaction to promote learners' mastery of knowledge.As the core and pillar of modern distance education,learning support services can provide help to solve some problems of the current curriculum,but also need to do some adjustment with the curriculum changes,provide service to the new courses and improve the quality of teaching.As two different types of courses,MOOC and SPOC are all need appropriate learning support services.It is of theoretical and practical significance to study the differences in learning support services between these two courses,to analyze their advantages and disadvantages,and to put forward the corresponding optimization strategies.Based on the?Modern Educational Technology?course on MOOC platform of Chinese university,this paper compares MOOC and SPOC learning support services from the aspects of platform data,learners and assistants,and puts forward some pertinent improvement strategies.The full text is divided into eight parts:The first part:from the problems MOOC have encountered,the distance education has developed to MOOC,which can not be separated from learning support services and SPOC courses can not be separated from the support of learning support services,analysis the research background,and also the related literatures about MOOC and MOOC learning support services As well as SPOC and SPOC learning support services in domestic and overseas,and then put forward research questions of this paper,clear the purpose of research and also research significance,sort out the research ideas.The second part:elaborates the theoretical basis of MOOC and SPOC learning support services from the perspectives of constructivist learning theory,unicom learning theory and immersion theory,and defines the conception of MOOC,SPOC and learning support services.The third part:Through the literature analysis and practical experience,the contents of MOOC and SPOC learning support services are determined,and the content framework of MOOC and SPOC learning support services is analyzed from the characteristics of MOOC and SPOC courses and the learners' learning process.The fourth part:from the course content,course learning methods and course learning support services in technical support,resource support,activity support,management support and evaluation support to introduce the?modern educational technology?comprehensively.The fifth part:Analyzes the data of the study collected from the platform,questionnaire and interview.The platform data includes the forum posting,the posting time and the click number of curriculum resource,the diversification of data provides a strong guarantee for the scientific of the research conclusion.The sixth part:Based on the data collected from questionnaire survey and the data of the forum and interview,we analyze and compare the learning support services of MOOC and SPOC from the aspects of technical support,resource support,activity support,management support and evaluation support of learning support services.The seventh part:based on the results of research data from the analysis and comparison,the conclusion of MOOC and SPOC learning support services is obtained,and the optimization strategy is put forward from the five aspects of learning support services,which can provide reference for improving learning support services in MOOC and SPOC.The eigth part:summarizes the research work of this paper,expounds the research inovation and research limitations,and prospects for the follow-up study.This study analyzes the learning support services of MOOC and SPOC from multiple perspectives,and puts forward the corresponding optimization strategy,which enriches the theoretical research of MOOC and SPOC learning support services,guide the construction of MOOC and SPOC learning support services,and improve the effect of MOOC and SPOC learning support services.
