Research On MOOC Learning Support Service System Design

In the education of globalization and information technology background, along with the continuous development of science and technology and people to deepening OER movement research, MOOC (massive open online courses) came into being, it attracted the world’s governments and universities to concern,it is great and profound impact on the higher education,but it is a new thing, after all, part of the research problem less involved, but some shortcomings gradually reflected. Of which about MOOC high dropout rate and low completion rates often-criticized, how to protect in case of large-scale online learning quality issue has been a serious problem researchers. Therefore, under the premise of self-study of large-scale long-distance learning for the protection of the quality of comprehensive learning support services is significant. From the MOOC and learning support services system definition, analyzes existing MOOC learning support services of theory and practice of Research Status and problems, in-depth comparative analysis of learning support services at home and abroad excellent MOOC platform on ten, trying to get ideas and learn from their outstanding design, and from a practical point of view of the research needs of the learner support system for MOOC learning needs, the Humanistic theory,5s learning support model and Systems Theory as the basis to build a MOOC learning support service system model system, and then completed a MOOC learning support service system detailed design, and finally cooperation with Tsinghua University to develop a learning support service system.The full text is divided into seven parts:The first part, from wave MOOC of home and abroad, issues and the important learning support services of the three aspects to proposed the need of this study, clarify MOOC learning support services theory and practice of research status and clarify research question the purpose and meaning, a clear research ideas and methods.The second part, through literature analysis, the theoretical basis for MOOC learning support service system are summarized and presented, and the concept MOOC and MOOC learning support service system were defined.The third part, the actual experience and reading literature, comparative analysis of learning support services at home and abroad to ten outstanding MOOC platform, provide the basis for support service system and learn where the best functional design, system design icing on the cake for the future.The fourth part, from the perspective of the actual needs of the questionnaire, survey the learners for the real needs of MOOC learning support services, to determine the dimensions and function of the system,it needs to lay the foundation for the system design, summarizes the system functional requirements and non-functional needs.The fifth part, based on the previous studies summarized a theoretical model MOOC learning support service system, the overall design of the system and the system architecture and technical architecture design, and from six dimensions of MOOC learning support system has been specifically designed They are the advising support subsystem, learning resources support subsystem, learning activities subsystems support learning evaluation support subsystem, learning monitoring subsystems and learning management subsystem.The sixth part, elaborated MOOC learning support service system development technology, show examples of module implementation.The Seventh Part, this study are summarized, the paper describes the results of the research and innovation and process needs improvement to make the explanation,the last, put forward prospects for future research.This study from multiple perspectives on MOOC learning support services analysis and design full-featured, comprehensive learning support service system enriches the theory MOOC learning support services and help solve problems in MOOC learning, help the development of college’ MOOC learning support system.
