| Under the background of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,the completion of the task of poverty alleviation and the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy fully demonstrate the importance attached by the Party Central Committee to the development of rural areas.Under such circumstances,stimulating the endogenous motivation of rural marginal households that are vulnerable to poverty and cultivating and revitalizing soft power are important concerns of current social work.Taking R Village in Yinchuan City,Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region as an example,this paper uses the group intervention method to study the endogenous motivation of children of marginal poor households in Village R.In the process of research,the research background,significance,domestic and foreign literature of the endogenous motivation of children of marginal poor households were analyzed and introduced,and the concepts and theories of marginal vulnerable households,endogenous dynamics,empowerment theory,and social cognitive theory were analyzed.In order to better carry out group intervention activities,this paper analyzes the basic situation and needs of children of marginal poverty-prone households in Village R,introduces the basic situation of Village R,analyzes the characteristics and specific needs of the current cognition of children of marginal poverty-prone households,and extracts the influencing factors of endogenous dynamics of children of marginal poverty-prone households in Village R from the perspectives of society,family,school and individual.On this basis,the group work preparation for endogenous motivation stimulation of children from marginal poor households in R village was carried out,the recruitment and basic situation of group members were introduced,and the"Endogenous Motivation of Adolescents" scale was produced from the dimensions of self-cognition,self-exploration,value enhancement,and life planning,and the group work plan and goals were formulated,and the expected difficulties and solutions were analyzed.After the preparation was completed,the implementation of the endogenous motivation stimulation group for children of marginal poor households in R village was carried out,and eight group intervention activities were carried out around the initial stage,mid-term development stage,mature stage and end stage of the group’s work.After the completion of the activities,the process evaluation and evaluation of the results of the group work were carried out,and the results of the activities were summarized and the theoretical and practical reflection was carried out.Through group activities,group members have more accurate self-awareness,effective sense of effectiveness,and mastery of interpersonal communication and life planning skills.In short,the intervention of group work helps to improve the endogenous motivation stimulation level of children from marginalized and vulnerable households.It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide ideas for social work to participate in the endogenous motivation of children of rural marginal households vulnerable to poverty and solve problems,and at the same time provide some experience for similar group intervention activities.After practical research,the following conclusions are obtained:first,group work can effectively stimulate the endogenous motivation of children from marginalized households vulnerable to poverty;Second,energy empowerment is the focus of stimulating the endogenous motivation of children from marginalized households that are vulnerable to poverty;Third,stimulating the endogenous motivation of adolescents requires the joint efforts of "home-school-society". |
