The professional confidence of middle school teachers is related to the long-term development of middle school.The study on professional confidence and influencing factors of middle school teachers can not only promote the professional development of teachers,but also improve and strengthen the management of middle school teachers and provide relevant scientific basis.More than half of middle school teachers are women.However,the professional title and position of female teachers are at a lower level,and their professional growth and development are not ideal.By analyzing the professional confidence and influencing factors of middle school female teachers,it can be found that the problems in the professional development of middle school female teachers.It has certain enlightenment significance to promote the professional development of female teachers.In view of this,the research used the date of China Education Panel Survey(CEPS)in 2015 to analysis the present situation of the middle school female teachers' professional confidence and explore the influencing factors,so as to provide references and ideas for the professional development of female teachers in middle schools.Firstly,the research determines the measurement dimensions of teachers' professional confidence through researching literature,namely,teachers' career satisfaction,teachers' sense of burnout and teachers' turnover intention.And conducting descriptive statistical analysis on all dimensions to understand the situation about the professional confidence of middle schools female teachers.Secondly,variables were selected according to the literature and questionnaires.Then the research conducted Multinomial Logistic Regression to analyze the possible influencing factors of the professional confidence of female teachers from three aspects:individual characteristics,work characteristics and school characteristics.The study found that female teachers in middle schools did not show high career satisfaction on the whole,and 85% of female teachers had burnout feel of job and they also had high risk of turnover.Teaching task,class performance,interpersonal relationship,teachers' attitude towards school management and school learning atmosphere have significant influence on female teachers' professional satisfaction.Among them,teaching tasks can promote teachers' professional satisfaction to a certain extent,while the ranking of class performance will reduce teachers' professional satisfaction.The more dissatisfied the middle school femaleteachers are with the management of the school,the more tense their interpersonal relationship is,the worse the learning atmosphere of their school is,and the lower their career satisfaction is.Teachers' occupational burnout is also influenced by individual characteristics and school characteristics.With the increase of age and teaching age,female teachers are more likely to have a sense of burnout.The higher the administrative pressure and the imperfect hardware facilities,the stronger sense of burnout the female teachers had.In the analysis of the influencing factors of the female teachers' turnover intention,it is found that the more dissatisfied the teachers are with the management mode or the greater the administrative pressure they bear,the more likely they are to quit.Finally,this study believes that strengthening the self-development consciousness of female teachers in middle schools,improving the external environment of schools and optimizing the organization and management,implementing dynamic management on the work of female teachers in middle schools and creating a harmonious,civilized and positive school soft environment can further enhance the professional confidence of female teachers in middle schools.
