At the tenth meeting of the Central Committee for Comprehensively Deepening the Reform,General Secretary Xi Jinping first proposed the term “acquisition”.In 2017,the ideological and political theory course(hereinafter referred to as “Ideological and Political Course”)was awarded the quality of teaching.We will do a good job in the quality and level improvement of ideological and political courses,and effectively enhance the sense of acquisition of ideological and political courses among college students.The “sense of acquisition” has become an important indicator for the evaluation of the quality of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.The master's degree(hereinafter referred to as "master's student")ideological and political course acquisition sense refers to the positive experience and behavioral changes caused by the master's students participating in the ideological and political course teaching process.The relationship between knowledge mastery,emotional motivation,belief formation and behavior orientation is related.The four elements are composed.The theoretical and empirical research on the acquisition of master's ideological and political courses has important practical significance for promoting the reform of the teaching of ideological and political courses for master students and improving the quality of high-level personnel training.Based on the relevant theories and interviews,this study defines the concept of the master's ideological and political lessons.Based on this research,the “Master's Ideological and Political Lessons Survey Questionnaire” is compiled.576 master students from 3universities in Zhejiang,Hubei and Hunan were surveyed.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)Through the project analysis,exploratory factor analysis,reliability and validity test,etc.,it is found that the concept of obtaining the master's ideological and political course in this study is reasonable,and the preparation of the master's ideological and political lessons is acquired.The questionnaire has a high degree of reliability and validity.(2)Through descriptive statistics,related tests,independent sample t test,dependentsample t test,one-way ANOVA,etc.,it is found that the master students' ideological and political lessons have a higher sense of acquisition,and are hierarchical and relevant.Characteristics such as differences,as well as poor knowledge of elective courses,insufficient Marxist beliefs,weak guidance of Marxist methodologies,and unsatisfactory effects of direct application of knowledge and skills.(3)Through the multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis of the survey data,it is found that the personal factor is the key factor affecting the sense of acquisition of the master's ideological and political course.The social environment is the important factor,the teacher factor is the basic factor,the family environment.It is an indirect factor.At the same time,the social environment,family environment,and teacher factors influence the master students' ideological and political lessons through personal factors.(4)Based on the survey results,based on the conclusions of the surveys related to this study,the following countermeasures are proposed to improve the acquisition of the master's ideological and political courses: First,the master students should activate the subjectivity,and the rational cognitive master students' ideological and political courses should be set up.The special place and value,the study and the initiative to seek.Second,the relevant departments of the party and government should strengthen the top-level design,implement the talent policy,optimize the network environment,and create favorable conditions for the improvement of the master's ideological and political lessons.Third,teachers of postgraduate students in ideological and political education should pay attention to their efforts,improve their teaching ability,disseminate their personal charm,pay attention to Marxist methodological thinking training,and enhance the effectiveness of teaching.Fourth,give full play to the mediating role of the family in the education of master students' ideological and political education.
