Research On Public Opinion Handling Of Emergencies In Colleges And Universities Based On Stakeholder Theory

With the rapid development of network media,it has gradually become an important way to obtain information,express views and interests for public,and play an increasingly prominent role in promoting the development of situations and dealing with matters.Meanwhile,the principal part of network public opinion is concealed,the dissemination speed is fast,with the pluralistic dissemination content and insufficient dissemination authenticity,which greatly increases the difficulty of guidance and management,while offer an easy opportunity to cause negative impact on universities and functional departments.Internet public opinion not only has a profound impact on the virtual network community,but also on the real life.How to effectively guide the process of multitudinous network public opinion during university development in the right direction put forward more realistic requirements to the ability of local governments at all levels and colleges in dealing with emergencies.At present,the main way of dealing with network public opinion in colleges is passive and with the great delay in dealing with matters,which means that in the disposal period certain adverse effects have already happened.This paper takes the campus loan incident as an example,basing on the stakeholder theory and combining the laws of public opinion dissemination to construct a diversified main part coordination mechanism for university network public opinion management.This coordination mechanism based on benefits coordination in system making,resource coordination in decision execution and policy coordination in actual management can organically combine the stakeholders and links involved in the guidance of network public opinion,in order to form a new situation of online public opinion management,in which the government takes the frame in information sharing of policies and regulations,while colleges and universities paying attention to hardware and professional talent team construction,platform following the rules as well as putting laws and regulations in place,families supervising and participating more in daily education with students more self-conscious to improve comprehensive quality by diverse education,and further create a safe and stable campus environment.
