The Design And Evaluation Of Financial Investment Ability Training For Students In Secondary Vocational Schools Based On OBE

The ability of financial investment is the most important core skill for students who majoring in finance and investment,and it is closely related to their personal career,the profits of enterprises,the efficiency of capital market and the economic development of the country.How to use the next three-year teaching period to promote the financial investment ability is not only the difficulty for the theory teaching but also for the practice teaching.Currently,in China,most secondary vocational schools adpoted “theory and software simulation” teaching mode to conduct financial investment experiment teaching.This kind of traditional teaching methods obviously have some shortcomings.First,the training target is board,and the result of the study is not clear.Second,the curriculum system is not enough,and the teaching content is old.Third,the theory curriculum is more than the practice,which cause students are lacking of practicing.Fourth,it is lacking of quantitative index.Therefore,on this research,OBE as the theory used in improving the financial investment ability for the secondary vocational schools.The content of this paper is mainly based on the line of “ Finding problem-Analysis problem-Solving problem”.Through the analysis of the current financial investment teaching situation,combined with the OBE education model and the development of secondary vocational finance situation,finally this paper designs the training programs of financial investment ability of students in secondary vocational schools and formulates corresponding indicators for evaluation.
