China's economic development has entered a new stage,which puts forward higher requirements for the diversification of talents.It is an urgent task for the development of vocational education to speed up the training of technically skilled talents urgently needed by the country.As the basis of Vocational education,secondary vocational education shoulders the responsibility of delivering skilled talents for social development.Finance,business and trade major is one of the biggest majors in Vocational education.Its talent training goal has certain particularity.It requires students not only to have professional skills,but also to have comprehensive qualities such as management ability and service ability.In order to meet the needs of society,it is of great practical significance to study the talent training mode of finance,business and trade secondary vocational education from the perspective of capacity enhancement.This paper uses the methods of literature research,inductive analysis and case analysis.Firstly,by exploring the literature at home and abroad to grasp the current research status of this topic,it is found that few scholars analyze the training mode of financial,business and trade talents through specific cases,which is the innovation of this paper.Secondly,it defines the concepts involved in this paper,and expounds the humanistic learning theory,constructivist learning theory,mastery of teaching theory and human capital theory as the theoretical support of the final proposal.Thirdly,it analyses the development trend of finance,economy and commerce under secondary vocational education and sub-disciplines,and expounds the modes of training finance,economy and Commerce talents in domestic secondary vocational education,including the combination of production and learning,order-based,employment-oriented and modern apprenticeship,etc.It is found that secondary vocational education in China will soon pass the stage of shrinking development and realize the expansion of scale.Although the specialty setting of finance,business and trade secondary vocational education is becoming more and more scientific,it can not ideally adapt to the development of secondary vocational students.However,in the early days of vocational education reform,the education system is not mature,and the advantages of each mode are limited,which can not fundamentally improve students' learning ability and professional ability.Finally,in order to combine theory with practice,this paper takes Rizhao Technologist School as an example to make a concrete analysis of the specialty of finance,business and trade,and finds that they adopt the talent training mode of "combining production with learning,alternating work and learning",but there is a gap between the operation of the specific mode and the policy requirements.Through field observation,classroom tracking,dialogue and interviews,this paper explores the reasons and explores the combination of Rizhao City Dang.In order to improve students' learning ability and professional ability,the paper gives some suggestions on how to optimize the training mode of finance,business and trade talents in Rizhao Technical School.In order to further optimize the current training mode of finance,business and trade talents in secondary vocational schools,improve students' comprehensive qualities such as learning ability and vocational ability,adapt to the complex and changeable economic environment,and based on the reform plan of Vocational education,this paper puts forward the following development suggestions from the four aspects of government,enterprises,schools and families:the government should continue to improve the vocational education system and organize it.Practical reform work;Enterprises should improve the outdated concept of secondary vocational education,actively participate in the running of secondary vocational schools and provide students with a thoughtful practice platform;Schools should optimize professional settings,improve the practicability of offering courses,pay attention to the cultivation of students' comprehensive ability,insist on both theory and skills,improve teachers' teaching ability and innovate teaching ideas;Families should adopt scientific management.Teach the way,carry forward the fine family style and family education.
