With the launch of the new round of college entrance examination reform,the high school academic level examination has both the functions of graduation and selection,and its achievements are officially included in the college entrance examination results.Therefore,the further study of the content setting and test system of the high school is required.In the face of the new round of college entrance examination reform,China's exploration is still in its infancy and the achievements of college entrance examinations in other countries have reference values for the reformation of China's new round of college entrance examination.The General Certificate of Education Advanced Level(GCE A-level)in the UK is highly recognized internationally.Students can apply for the world's top universities with this score and the examination function is similar to that in China.In this study,Cambridge International Examinations(known as CIE)Advanced Level chemistry examination syllabus and test paper was studied as the research object and the text analysis and literature analysis methods were applied to provide some inspiration for the test of the chemistry subject of the newly examination reform.Specifically,this paper first introduces the necessity and challenge of the new round of college entrance examination reform,and points out the purpose and significance of the theme.Secondly,the basic situation of A-Level examination system and CIE in the UK is explained by referring to the literature and related materials.At the same time,the test outline published by the CIE was translated and its contents e.g.curriculum objectives,test evaluation objectives,volume information and experimental skills scoring project were analyzed and summarized,In addition,the CIE's A-Level chemistry test paper in June 2016 as the typical example is analyzed and studied and its' characteristics is obtained: the test questions and syllabus are the colleges' participation and preparation;the test questions are rich;the knowledge of different theoretical modules has different characteristics;pay attention to the cultivation and examination of experimental skills.Combining with the literature and the results of this study,British CIE's A-Level chemistry test title on the test of the chemistry of the new college entrance examination subject provides some new inspiration for us: encouraging colleges to participate in thenew college entrance examination chemistry,increasing the proportion of experimental examinations,comprehensively examine experimental skills.In addition,enriching the form of organic chemistry examination and increasing the spectrum analysis of modern advanced instruments;enriching the type of test questions and ensure test time,and comprehensively examine students' knowledge and ability in chemistry.
