Materiasl are important mediums for children to conduct outdoor activities,and also a key factor to improve the quality of outdoor activities in kindergarten.The problems of the outdoor activities materials giving in kindergarten are the main reasons why the quality of outdoor activities cannot be improved.The existing researches on outdoor activities of kindergarten are mainly focused on the outdoor activity level of kindergarten,and that the geographical scope is limited to urban areas.Therefore,it is necessary to study the current situation of outdoor activity materials in township kindergartens.This study is based on outdoor activity materials of three township kindergartens in N county,sichuan province,analyzes in depth the present situation,existing problems and causes of outdoor activities in township kindergartens by methods of observation and interview,and puts forward the related Suggestions at last.The study investigates the status of outdoor activities materials giving in township kindergartens from six aspects: the basis,security,structural degree,source,type,quantity and time of materials giving.The study,by combing the current situation and the methods of observation and interview,finds that there exist advantages of the outdoor activities materials giving in the township kindergartens.These advangtages include that it is widly about the source of materials,and reasonable about the time of materials giving.But there are plenty of problems,mainly including: the basis of material giving is relatively single;the security is insufficient;the structural degree is imbalance;the types are uneven and the quantity is insufficient.The paper attempts to analyze the factors that influence the materials giving in the outdoor activities in township kindergartens.These factors include that: 1)At the teacher level.The professional knowledge and ability of teachers influence the outdoor activities materials giving.2)At the kindergarten management level.The kindergarten management concept of education,money for the kindergarten management decisions,organizing teachers to participate in training and effect evaluation mechanism all influence the outdoor activities materials giving.3)At the education administration level,ineffective supervision to implement relevant policies and regulations on the subject of kindergarten and relative lack of establishment of teachers in public kindergartens all influence the outdoor activities materials giving.According to the existing problems and their influencing factors,some suggestions are put forward from the level of teacher,kindergarten management and education administration: 1)At the teacher level.The teacher should strive to improve their professional knowledge and professional ability,and that emphasize the importance of the strategy of outdoor activities.2)At the kindergarten management level.They should establish correct and scientific concept of education,strict enforcement of funds budget decision-making procedures,set the outdoor activities materials proportion of funds investment,organize regularly teacher training,set up scientific and objective effect evaluation mechanism about outdoor activities materials giving.3)At the education administration level,it should strengthen supervision over the implementation of relevant policies and regulations on kindergartens,and allocate reasonably the teachers of township public kindergartens.
