In order to understand the characteristics of body load of different football level crowd participating in small sided game,and to explore more scientific training methods of different football level at the same time.This article is written by the methods of literature,experiment,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis and so on,and draws lessons from the relevant experimental research and theoretical basis,and takes the students of Fujian normal University(sports training professional team)as reference.The subjects of the experiment were 10 qualified students in each of the specialized classes of physical education football and 10 students in the public sports football selective class.They were given different 4V4 intervals(high intensity interval 3 × 3 min,interval 3 × 3min)in the 40 × 20 m field.3 min,medium intensity 3 × 5 min,intermittent 2.5 min;The body load of low intensity 3 × 8 min intermittent 2min field competition was studied.Polar team2A370 telemetry heart rate monitor(physiological level)and RPE self-subjective scale(psychological level)were used to evaluate the load of athletes.Based on the actual results of college students' experiments with different levels of exercise at different intervals,the relevant theoretical system is constructed.The purpose of this paper is to provide scientific training load for football participants of different sports level in our country to develop different football special goals.The results showed that there were significant differences in the exercise load among the three level groups of college students in SSG with different intervals of exercise.In group A,the load of low-intensity interval was significantly higher than that of high-strength interval and moderate-strong interval in SSG competition at different intervals.The results showed that the average heart rate,the maximum heart rate and the measured values of the RPE rating scale(low > middle > high).B)in the three groups were significantly higher than those in the high strength and middle intensity intervals in the SSG competition at different intervals.The results showed that the average heart rate,the maximal heart rate and the load of the SSG rating scale were significantly higher in the three groups under different intervals.The results showed that the intermission meanheart rate(low > middle,high)and maximal heart rate(low)were observed in the three groups.> medium > High),RPE rating value(low > medium > High).In group C,the load of low-intensity interval was significantly higher than that of high-strength interval and moderate-strong interval in SSG competition at different intervals.The results showed that the mean heart rate,the maximum heart rate and the RPE rating scale were in the order of low,middle and high from high to low in three groups.There was no difference in the mean heart rate,the maximal heart rate and the RPE grade between the three groups at high,middle and low intervals during the same interval of exercise in SSG competition,A,B,C groups.The mean heart rate,the maximal heart rate and the RPE grade were not different between the three groups at high,middle and low intervals.Conclusion: 1)the ratio of exercise interval increased in the three groups.2)there was no difference in RPE measured in SSG of three groups of other college students with the same interval ratio of exercise.3)the speed and strength of athletes could be developed in low and strong intermittent competition,and the movement speed and strength of athletes could be developed.Middle rest competition can develop athletes' skill and muscle strength.High-strength rest can better develop aerobic resilience.Recommendations: 1.In the SSG experiment with the same constraint,three groups of horizontal athletes were trained with the same exercise interval ratio(SSG)for the same training target.2.With the increase of exercise interval,different forms of SSG.3.can be chosen for different load targets.In the training of football technique and tactics and special physical quality,the development effect of small field training with different sports interval time is different.According to the training purpose,the suitable sports interval ratio(SSG)form is chosen.
