| The monitoring of sports training plays an important role in the process of football team training.The data obtained from the monitoring can be used as a reference for coaches to set training contents and objectives,which makes the training more purposeful and scientific.In this paper,8players of the women’s football team in Guangzhou Sport University were selected as the test subjects,and the load monitoring data were collected by GPEXE equipment and supporting Polar heart rate belt,aiming to sort out and analyze the correlation among the load monitoring data of 4v4 training 1(fixed rest time,plus two goalkeepers),4v4 training 2(intermittently decreasing rest time,plus two goalkeepers),small-sided 4v4 training 1(four goals,fixed rest time),small-sided 4v4 training 2(four goals,intermittently decreasing rest time)and an official match.This paper uses the literature method,expert interview method,testing method and mathematical statistics method to draw the following conclusions:(1)Through the analysis of the load data of football players that joined trainings with bodycontact,,it shows that small-sided 4v4 training 1(four goals,fixed rest time)and small-sided 4v4 training 2(four goals,intermittently decreasing rest time)are more suitable for aerobic highintensity training than 4v4 training 1(fixed rest time,plus two goalkeepers)and 4v4 training 2(intermittently decreasing rest time,plus two goalkeepers),the small-sided 4v4 training 2(four goals,intermittently decreasing rest time)are easier to achieve high load intensity as the intermittent time decreases.In daily training,4v4 training 2(intermittently decreasing rest time,plus two goalkeepers)is more suitable for aerobic high-intensity training.(2)In the football match between Guangzhou Sport University and South China Normal University,the relative distance and the equivalent distance index of the second half were higher than those of the first half,and the average intensity of the whole game was above 80%.There was no significant difference between the first half and the second half in running distance,equivalent distance index,average intensity and maximum heart rate.(3)4v4 training 1(fixed rest time,plus two goalkeepers)and4v4 training 2(intermittently decreasing rest time,plus two goalkeepers)is more correlated with the average exercise intensity,average heart rate,maximum heart rate and relative running distance in the first-half and secondhalf,among them,4v4 training 1(fixed rest time,plus two goalkeepers)is closer to the average intensity of the competition.During the period of competition,the small-sided 4v4 training 2(four goals,intermittently decreasing rest time)can be used frequently.However,there were significant differences in the average intensity,average heart rate,relative running distance and equivalent distance index among small-sided 4v4 training 1(four goals,fixed rest time),small-sided 4v4 training 2(four goals,intermittently decreasing rest time)and the first-half and second-half,the results showed that the training load of these two kinds of confrontation training was higher than that of the competition. |
