In this study, the youth football players U12-U14 were taken as the survey object, the observation test was conducted through the method of sports monitoring, and the load and intensity of the youth football players during the competition and training were quantified and analyzed.Through 12 weeks of exercise monitoring and observation test,we can see that:In the football competitions of the U12-U14 youth football players participating in the campus, the average running distance of each young athlete in each game is 7058.7 meters. The walking distance of jogging or running accounted for 44% of the total running distance, the moving distance of medium and low speed running also accounted for 44% of the total running distance, and the total moving distance of high-speed running and sprint running accounted for the total running distance 12%.The average heart rate of young athletes per game is 158.8 beats / min,and the maximum heart rate is 199.9 beats / min.The average number of running times of each young athlete in each game is 303.1 times, and the number of high-speed runs and sprint runs account for 18% and 0.8% of the total running times, respectively. The average Player Load of each young athlete is 757.7.At the present stage, the youths of campus football U12-U14 participate in the football training, each training takes a long time, the training load is large, and the training load intensity is insufficient.Research data shows that the load and intensity of special confrontation training in campus football training are not as good as the sports load in campus football games.Young athletes have weaker anaerobic capacity, and weaker recovery capacity under aerobic conditions.
