As a basic course,science curriculum plays a role in cultivating students' good scientific literacy.In order to further improve students' scientific literacy and scientific teaching quality,scientific teaching evaluation must give full play to its maximum role.However,with the promulgation of the new curriculum and the increase of social demand,the traditional teaching evaluation is no longer fully adapted to the requirements of primary school science teaching.Therefore,we can introduce the three core concept "Student-centered","Results-oriented" and "continuous improvement" of engineering education into the teaching evaluation of primary school science,to improve the existing problems in the traditional teaching evaluation and to promote the improvement of the teaching quality of the primary school.This paper mainly analyzes the evaluation of primary school science teaching under the concept of engineering education by means of literature research,case analysis and questionnaire survey.Firstly,through the method of literature research,this paper briefly introduces the present situation at home and abroad of the evaluation of science teaching in primary schools and some concepts which are easy to be confused in the evaluation.Secondly,through the method of questionnaire,the paper summarizes some common problems in the evaluation of the primary science teaching in our country,such as the "With teachers as the center,teaching evaluation is carried out around teachers' teaching popularity,which blurs the evaluation objectives","Teaching evaluation is a mere formality and fails to improve the effect of feedback" and "The neglect of primary school science teaching evaluation by curriculum management department" and so on.According to these problems,three core concepts of engineering education are applied to the research of teaching evaluation.Finally in the concept of engineering education in the elementary school science teaching evaluation based on the analysis of the feasibility and necessity of applying,is proposed based on the concept of engineering education elementary school science teaching evaluation research,and from teachers,students and curriculum management from three aspects of research,in order to improve the scientific teaching evaluation,improve the scientific teaching quality and students' scientific literacy.
