With the advent of the information age,the state has become increasingly demanding for education innovation and integration.Preschool education is the first part of the education chain and a key education for the beginning of people.The professional quality and professional level of teachers in pre-school science field influence the quality of science education activities,the formation of children's scientific literacy and the thinking habits of preschool children.The STEAM education concept is an interdisciplinary comprehensive education.In recent years,it has been found in the research application of STEAM education concept that the education model has a very positive impact on the students' comprehensive quality and interest in learning.This paper combines STEAM education as an innovative and innovative educational concept,summarizes the research status of this concept at home and abroad,discusses its practical significance in preschool science education,and discusses STEAM education concept,preschool science education,preschool science teacher.The relevant theories of teachers' professional literacy were analyzed and elaborated,which provided professional theoretical support for the research of the subject.Then,taking the pre-school teachers in Xi'an City of Shaanxi Province as an example,the questionnaire survey method was used to conduct a detailed survey on the professional knowledge,professional ideas,professional ethics and professional competence of pre-school science teachers,and 238 copies of 300 valid questionnaires were distributed.According to this result,the data analysis method is used to analyze the professional status of preschool science teachers.Combined with the survey data and content analysis and the actual situation,the main problems of the existence and influence of preschool science teachers' professional literacy development are: objective factors including The proportion of male and female teachers in pre-school is uncoordinated;there are few opportunities for evaluation of professional titles;the opportunities for pre-school teachers to participate in training are small;the garden is based on the lack of research on new ideas;the pre-school teachers are poorly paid.Personal subjective factors include the lack of technical engineering subject knowledge and educational organization ability of preschool teachers;the difficulty in designing science education activities;the difficulty in making full use of educational software and equipment for preschool teachers;the lack of educational innovation ability of preschool teachers;the poor scientific research ability of preschool teachers;The problem of low enthusiasm.The factors affecting the problem are analyzed and summarized.The main causes are subjective factors and objective factors.The subjective factors include: pre-school teachers lack of pre-employment accumulation;pre-school science teachers lack self-professional awareness,objective factors include: educational resources The distribution is uneven,the kindergarten system is rigid,and the leaders pay insufficient attention.Finally,under the guidance and requirements of STEAM education concept,combined with the problems and causes of teacher professional literacy,the strategies to improve the professional literacy of preschool science teachers include: the common countermeasures for all classes to improve the professional literacy of preschool scienceteachers;teachers should have STEAM education The necessary knowledge literacy in all fields;possesses certain integrated thinking skills;possesses certain creative thinking;masters the teaching skills that match STEAM education;and uses various educational equipment software.Through rigorous investigation and analysis and countermeasure research methods,this paper finds the problems existing in the pre-school teachers,and finds solutions to the problems according to the causes,and provides practical methods and suggestions for the improvement of teachers' professional literacy in pre-school science.I hope this research It can bring positive influence to preschool science education,and it will help to improve the professional level of science teachers in preschool.
