At present, scholars have achieved very fruitful results in the study of online public opinion, but most of them are lyric studies on single events, and there are few studies on multi-event network grievances, judging from the events in real life,multi-event network public opinion has a much greater impact on society than a single event,In the existing multi-event public opinion research, scholars mostly study from a macroscopic perspective, most scholars have studied the causes and laws of multi-event network public opinion from a macroscopic point of view, and mostly focused on the study of the phenomenon of sentiment. The modeling research on the emotional emotion resonance of netizens in network public opinion is limited, and from the existing modeling research, scholars believe that netizens are completely rational, ignoring the limited rational characteristics of netizens. In fact, the behaviors of netizens' forwarding, commenting, etc.are not only affected by the surrounding environment and opinion leaders,It is also influenced by internal factors such as self-psychological,which all indicate that netizens are bounded and rational.Based on this, this paper studied the phenomenon of network public opinion resonance from the perspective of bounded rationality.Firstly,by combing the research results of network public opinion resonance, this paper summarized the triggering factors of network public opinion resonance. Then, based on the limited rationality of netizens,a foreground value model for calculating the attitude value of netizens is established to calculate the attitude value of netizens to a public opinion event. Then,in view of the development cycle of network public opinion similar to the bistable system of stochastic resonance theory, this paper established the network public opinion resonance model based on the Langevin equation in physics, incorporate the attitudes of netizens, the enthusiasm of secondary sensation events, geography, issues, etc.,and use the MATLAB platform to conduct simulation experiments to analyze the impact of various factors on network public opinion resonance. The simulation results show that the attitude of netizens plays an important role in the amplitude of public opinion resonance. The heat of the public opinion event and the influence degree of the original public opinion event also affect the resonance effect, and the resonance effects generated by different public opinion events in different regions are different. Finally, based on the modeling and simulation research, this paper selected Lan Keer from 2013 and Zhang Yingying from 2017 for case analysis.Collect relevant information on platforms such as Sina Weibo, used text categorization and other methods to process the information and calculate the values of the variables in the model, the case analysis is compared with the data in real life, the analysis results verified the rationality and effectiveness of the model.
