For the development of the region,the establishment and improvement of talent introduction policy is very important.However,at present,there are still some shortcomings in the introduction of talents in some areas.HD company is the most concentrated enterprise in Y District of S City,and the proportion of high-level talents is 70% of the whole region,which is typical.Therefore,this paper mainly through the HD company talent introduction present situation research,through a small part to see the whole,the whole S city Y district talent introduction policy research and analysis.After that,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 200 HD company talents,including the reasons for choosing area Y,the effect of incentive policy,and the effect of incentive policy.The effect of talent introduction policy,the current situation of government support to talent institutions and the satisfaction of performance appraisal mechanism.Through the questionnaire survey,it is found that there are still many problems in Y area,such as imperfect talent introduction mechanism,lack of support plan for social talent institutions,lack of perfect talent security mechanism and assessment management plan and so on.Finally,aiming at the problem of talent introduction,this paper puts forward some suggestions for improvement.It is hoped that through the analysis of this paper,it can provide feasible suggestions for the talent introduction policy of S City Y District,and then provide reference for other areas.
