The introduction of talents in colleges and universities has a far-reaching impact due to the functions of colleges and universities.Among them,talent introduction evaluation is the main identification method before colleges and universities sign talents,so it is of great significance.However,the current problems in the evaluation of talent introduction in colleges and universities are prominent,such as the "only" tendency of the evaluation indicators of talent introduction,the neglect of teaching ability in the evaluation of talent introduction,and the lack of moral evaluation in the evaluation of talent introduction.Many scholars have conducted a multi-angle analysis of it,with fruitful results.However,the evaluation of talent introduction in colleges and universities is a social practice activity,and the change of the actors’ thinking is only one of the conditions for eliminating the problem.Realistic practice is also a possibility condition for the evaluation of talent introduction.Affect the evaluation of talent introduction in colleges and universities?Bourdieu’s theory of social practice believes that the field and related concepts affect the practical activities of actors.This research takes social practice theory as the basic analysis framework,collects first-hand data through in-depth interviews and field observations,analyzes the positions,interests,and habits of different actors in the field,so as to describe the practical logic of talent introduction and evaluation of different actors,and borrows This paper analyzes the inevitability and general logic of the evaluation field of talent introduction in colleges and universities,and discusses its optimization path.The study found that the field of evaluation of talent introduction in colleges and universities is a semi-autonomous field with reversed internal production order,and is influenced by three-dimensional and multi-dimensional seven fields dominated by the political field and the social relationship field.In the field of talent introduction evaluation in colleges and universities,the core capital is post institutional capital and relational social capital.Based on these two kinds of capital,the positions of the leading group for attracting talents from the school,the leading group for attracting talents from the college,and the person in charge of attracting talents from the college are gradually decreasing.The school’s leading group for talent introduction adheres to the interest concept of "strengthening the school’s advantageous disciplines" and uses the post system capital to conduct talent introduction evaluation practice under the habit of "administrative function talent introduction evaluation".The interests of the leading group for talent introduction of the college are based on the current development of the college,and are guided by the high and stable output of the college’s academic achievements.The leading group for talent introduction of the academy introduces the habit of identity shaping into the evaluation of talent introduction,and uses the comprehensive capital of "discipline cultural capital as the core,post institutional capital as the foundation,and social relationship capital as the key" and other talent introduction evaluators in the field compete.The person in charge of talent introduction began to pursue the dynamic interest of "from relational capital to disciplinary cultural capital" in the subtle influence of academic disciplines.Their habit of talent introduction evaluation is also in the polar dimension of "no evaluation and professional subject evaluation" due to their own cultural background.However,due to the lack of their own capital,the pursuit of interests by the person in charge of attracting talents is mostly based on dispositional tendencies.Based on the practical logic of the actors in the evaluation of talent introduction in colleges and universities at different positions,the relative value of capital in the field of talent introduction evaluation in colleges and universities is political capital ≈post institutional capital > discipline cultural capital > social capital.Evaluate the "gravity" of the actions of all actors in the field.Based on the comparison between its own capital and the relative value of core capital and capital in the field,the school’s leading group for talent introduction is in a "theoretical and reasonable" action state,and the school’s leading group for talent introduction is in "active debugging".In the state of action,the person in charge of talent introduction is in an action state of "powerlessness" for the evaluation of talent introduction.Such group mental habitus reproduces the above-mentioned different actors’ talent introduction and evaluation practice.Contrasted with the ideal model of the field of evaluation of talent introduction in colleges and universities,this research believes that the field of evaluation of talent introduction in colleges and universities is a dislocated state: the core position of post institutional capital destroys the field structure and field operation logic from the inside;The obvious position of the actors who take the post institutional capital as the yardstick leads to the exclusion of the person in charge of talent introduction from the academy on the edge of the field.The larger habit is limited to the leading group of talent introduction in the academy,which leads to a lower threshold for entry into the field,it is easier to introduce influence from other fields,and it cannot shape the interests of actors who are in line with talent introduction.The change of the field depends on the practice of the actors in it,so this research returns to the actors in proposing countermeasures,and proposes strategies from three aspects: field,capital,and habitus.In the political field,we must first reiterate the university philosophy,clearly define the “boundary of the pursuit of truth”,and build relevant policy systems with the maintenance of university ideals as the primary criterion.Second,make choices about the capital injection culture,and be wary of the capital injection culture’s containment of the ideal development of the university.Finally,it is necessary to continue to deepen the classification management of academic production and the dynamic management of academic production.The school’s leading group for talent introduction must establish a standpoint concept,respect the logic of the field of talent introduction evaluation,clarify the boundaries of capital use,introduce a system to promote the diversification of talent evaluation,implement talent classification evaluation,and introduce discipline evaluation standards.The leading group for talent introduction of the academy should rationalize the structure of talent evaluation members,adhere to the core capital position of discipline cultural capital,and strengthen the habit of attracting talents with logical and non-logical disciplines.In terms of the capital of the person in charge of attracting talents,the institute accumulates the cultural capital of disciplines,and in the aspect of habitual habits,it builds a moral evaluation system for scientific talents.
