Research On The Influence Of Psychological Contract On Teachers' Attitudes And Behaviors In Ideological And Political Theory Courses In Universities

Teachers of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities(referred to as teachers of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities)are an important part of the team of teachers in colleges and universities in China.It is very important to study the attitude and behavior of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political courses.In this paper,data were collected by questionnaire survey and analyzed by SPSS22.0 with the methods of factor analysis,correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis.This paper studies the influencing factors of the attitude and behavior of ideological and political theory teachers from the perspective of psychological contract.In this paper,the general theory of psychological contract is summarized and summarized,mainly studying the psychological contract of college ideological and political teachers,the psychological contract of college ideological and political teachers on attitude,the psychological contract of college ideological and political teachers on behavior,the psychological contract of college ideological and political teachers on happiness.Based on the above theoretical construction and empirical research,this paper preliminarily discusses the countermeasures of the management and team construction of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities.The research of this paper theoretically expands the research vision of the team management and team construction of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities,which is of great significance to the specialization and stability of the team construction of ideological and political teachers.The results of this paper show that the psychological contract of college ideological and political teachers is composed of four dimensions.The psychological contract of ideological and political course teachers in colleges and universities has a significant difference in the age of ideological and political course teachers.Thepsychological contract of college ideological and political teachers has a positive influence on their attitude.The psychological contract of college ideological and political teachers has a positive influence on their behavior.The psychological contract of college ideological and political teachers has no effect on their happiness.Based on the above research conclusions,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions for the team management and team construction of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities from the perspective of psychological contract..
