With the release of the outline of the?Plan for a Healthy China 2030?,China has put forward higher goals and requirements for the development of physical education in colleges and universities.In recent years,physical education in colleges and universities,under the guiding ideology of “Quality Education and People oriented”,complies with the needs of the development of the new era,takes the improvement of students' physical and mental health as the forward direction,and constantly carries out the research and innovation of physical education.At present,most colleges and universities in our country still adopt the traditional teaching model to teach PE optional courses,and the traditional teaching model cannot meet the requirements of “People oriented” quality education to a certain extent.However,the promotion and implementation of quality education has created a broader research space for the innovation of the new teaching model.Therefore,it is of great significance and value to apply the “Dynamic Hierarchical” teaching model to the teaching of basketball optional courses in colleges and universities.This study applies the “Dynamic Hierarchical” teaching model to the practice of basketball optional courses in colleges and universities.The main purpose is to judge whether the dynamic hierarchical teaching model is feasible in college physical education optional courses through the actual teaching application.Then summarize the experimental data,draw conclusions and suggestions to provide relevant theoretical basis for the development of physical education in colleges and universities and the innovation of teaching model.This study uses literature analysis,expert interview,questionnaire survey,experimental model and mathematical statistics model to carry out related researches.Firstly,it summarizes the concept and theoretical basis of dynamic hierarchical teaching model,then construct the experimental scheme and teaching scheme.In addition,apply the dynamic hierarchical teaching model to the basketball optional course of Liaoning Technical University,study and analyze the relevant data obtained after the experiment,draw a conclusion.Moreover,reflecting on the problems in teaching,and summarizing the application effect provides some references for the teaching of basketball optional courses in colleges and universities.The following conclusions are drawn through the research:1.After the experiment,there is no significant difference in physical fitness between the experimental class and the control class.It shows that there is no significant difference in the improvement of physical quality between the dynamic hierarchical teaching model and the traditional teaching model.2.After the experiment,the basketball special test scores of the experimental class are improved compared with the control class,and there is a significant difference in the half-court V layup score between the experimental class and the control class.It shows that the “dynamic hierarchical” teaching model can promote the mastery of basketball special skills more than the traditional sports teaching model.3.Dynamic hierarchical teaching greatly enriches the diversity of teaching content,solves the problem of boring learning process to a certain extent.It has the characteristics of facing all students,can help students with poor foundation keep up with the teaching progress and enhance the special ability of basketball.It meets the requirements of contemporary quality education.4.After the experiment,there were significant differences between the experimental class and the control class in multiple dimensions of exercise attitude.Compared with the traditional teaching mode,the dynamic stratified teaching mode can improve the students' positive attitude in physical exercise.
