In the physical education teaching practice,due to the great differences in the students' physical fitness,sports experience and basketball basic level,it is difficult for the students to meet the needs of the students by adopting a “step by step” teaching method for all students.Therefore,how to meet the needs of different basic students in teaching,to enable students to fully grasp the basketball skills,mobilize interest and enthusiasm for learning,and establish a concept of life-long sports consciously exercise,is the majority of sports workers need to think.This article uses the literature data method,the questionnaire survey method,the experiment method and the mathematics statistics method,takes the senior two of Qizhen middle school as the experimental object,after carries on the homogeneity test to it carries on for a period of 24 academic hours the comparative experiment.The experiment class adopts the dynamic teaching method of the layered teaching method and adopts the conventional teaching model.After the experiment,the data of the physical quality,basketball skills and psychology of the experimental class and the control class are statistically analyzed.The data are shown in the experimental group and the control group in physical fitness.There was no significant difference,but there was a significant difference between the scores of basketball skills and the psychological level.The research results show that the dynamic stratification teaching method implements the teaching concept of “according to students' aptitude” and can meet the needs of students with different levels of sports,so that each student can learn and obtain the requirements to meet the requirements of quality education and have advantages over traditional methods of teaching.It is more obvious that the dynamic delamination teaching method is more conducive to the mastery of students' basketball skills and improves the teaching effect;the incentive mechanism through dynamic adjustment of levels is conducive to motivating students' learning motivation,which in turn triggers student autonomy and inquiry learning behaviors,so that students can learn.The efficiency is improved;in the implementation of dynamic layered teaching,since there are teaching objectives for each level,these goals are at a level that is difficult but relatively easy to complete.When students complete these goals,they will have a greater sense of accomplishment.The accumulation of multiple senses of achievement and the hierarchical mobility mechanism formed by the learning atmosphere that you follow will effectively stimulate students' interest in learning.The dynamic stratification teaching method can be significant.Improve student sports participation.
