Function training on athletes improve neuromuscular system plays an important role,athletes improve strength and stability of the core,strengthen the body's balance and posture control ability,function training emphasized in many joints,multi-angle,a special multi-axis motion simulation operation training,pay attention to the human body movement transmission chain,to strengthen the athletes integration,improve sports ability and efficiency.This study using ideas and methods of functional training in the process of sports teaching,not only to enrich the teaching contents,teaching methods and means of innovation,through the function used in the process of training technical training related content,discusses the functional training techniques la-la-la gymnast analysis of specific methods and functional screening test level and this is the purpose of this article,hope to improve the athletes physical quality,sports skills to better provide a theoretical and practical basis.This research USES the literature material law,expert interview method based on the analysis of the experimental method and mathematical statistics method,choose full-time college students in Wuhan sports college freshman skills special athletes,a total of 72 people,one as the experimental group,another to compare the type of the control group were studied.The homogeneity test was performed before the experimental test level of FMS.Under the premise of not affecting the syllabus,the experimental group will effectively combine functional training in the course of training,and the control group will train according to the original teaching content of the original syllabus.After 12 weeks,the functional action screening of the two groups--the test level of FMS was tested and analyzed,and the results of the data analysis were as follows:1.After the experiment,there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the other six subjects except the trunk stability(P<0.05)?The boys in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group in terms of squats,lunges and shoulder flexibility(P<0.05)?Experimental group a girl in a lunge,shoulder flexibility,rotationalstability on three indicators and the control group no difference,but in the squat,step,straight legs on active service,trunk stability over four tests have significant difference(P<0.05)?2.In the control group,after 12 weeks of skill,the FMS test scores of the FMS were significantly improved with the three action indicators: squatting,upper step,and trunk stability(P<0.05)?...
