Badminton belong to the dominant class skills netting against project,play a dominant player on the pitch skills,and athletes also need to have high sensitive quality,fast good strength and flexibility,can have such quality auxiliary athletes technical level of play in the game,let the athletes in the active status.At present,the national badminton team attaches great importance to all corners of the world badminton athlete's physical ability,with the development of physical training,the update of the theory of our country also has introduced the advanced methods and means,functional training is a hot spot in the present,but our country of adolescent functional training this piece of research is less.In this paper,we explore through testing the FMS,understand youth badminton athletes asymmetry and limitations,found dangerous action pattern,functional training plan,the correct training plan,the weak links of training to the body,see training plan on youth badminton athlete's speed and the influence of power quality.This article through the literature material method,logic analysis,mathematical statistics method and experimental method,in yiyang badminton sports school,hefei(youth badminton athletes as experimental object,by 12 weeks of training and experiment,explored through testing the FMS,design a set of functional training program for teens badminton athletes,through the plan of training of juvenile badminton speed and the effect of explosive force,the following conclusions are drawn:1,through the measurement of FMS,understanding the asymmetry of the youth badminton athlete's physical quality and limitations,and design a set of functional training program for teens badminton players.Through testing the FMS,understand the present situation of the juvenile badminton athletes,to analyze and evaluate FMS test scores,design the functional training program.2,through the functional of the 12 weeks training,significantlyimproved the FMS test score,effectively eliminate the risk of youth badminton players mode of action,reduce the potential risk of injury.Through the study of the paired T test of data before and after the experiment,the results before and after the FMS test score has a very significant difference,explain the design of functional training scheme is effective.3,through the 12 weeks of functional training,effective improve the ability of youth badminton athlete's fast moving and explosive force,after the experiment,the youth badminton players jumping rope at four o 'clock,sit-ups,standing long jump,running,badminton throw far,there were very significant differences to paired T test data before and after the experiment,the results appeared significantly improved.
