The physical quality of our students is generally low,this problem has been the focus of national attention.In order to understand how to develop the physical quality of contemporary middle school students in a better way,combining the current physical condition of middle school students and mainly through the method of experimental measurement,this paper studies the different effects of traditional physical training and physical functional training on the development of middle school physical fitness.Hope this paper can provide an effective basis for the school to develop the physical ability of students in the future.The experiment takes the physical development of middle school students as the object of study,the methods of literature,inductive analysis,experimental test and mathematical statistics were used to interfere with the physical development of middle school students by means of training,the effects of two training methods on students' physical development were compared.At the beginning of the experiment,experts and professors in related fields were consulted to make a reasonable training plan.The two experimental groups were trained for 8 weeks respectively according to the plan,and then analysis was made according to the recorded data.First of all,according to the data analysis to determine whether functional training has obvious effect on the development of students' physical fitness,whether can it improve the physical fitness level of middle school students;secondly,functional training and traditional physical training were analyzed,and understand the functional training of students in physical training in the advantages and disadvantages in detail,so as to provide the basis in subsequent teaching practice.The experiment shows that:1.After the experiment,the st udents' physical ability of the experimental group and the control group were improved compared with those before the experiment,and in different aspects,the improvement range of the two groups was different.2.After a period of training,the scores of functional movement screening were improved in both groups,but the improvement was more obvious in the experimental group.3.The improvement of the two groups' scores after the experiment shows that both functional training and traditional physical train ing play significant roles in the development of students' physical fitness and physical function.4.The results of functional movement screening can not show the students' physical fitness,but the test results show the students' strong points and short boards.The results of this test can be used as a basis for training in order to facilitate the formulation of targeted plans,and develop the weak links of students.
