Life we will build many different psychological characteristics, the confidence is a kind of personal growth and career success, psychological quality, in the high school stage is a very important period in our life in the physical and mental development. The positive psychology is the most effective can boost your confidence development, we can apply it in high school students' mental health education, however many high schools in our country or to individual counseling forms mainly, with individual counseling for high school students mental development and prevention function will certain limitations. Group counseling in this context is a rich psychological education in middle school is a form of psychological counseling, now positive psychology prevalent trend and enhance the high school students' self-confidence closely, and can complement each other with the group counseling, on this basis, group counseling for many unique advantages and individual counseling is high school students can in group counseling and between members of the exchange, and mutual influence to change some of the thinking and understanding, cultivate good habits, which itself through new knowledge to solve psychological problems.The study on the premise of positive psychology theory and the theory of group counseling combined use of positive psychology theory rich group counseling plan, and to enhance the confidence of the intervention effect and related factors of high school students, in the course of the study will explore the connotation of the theory of positive psychology, determined to improve self-confidence of group counseling program. From the process and method of research to practice in positive perspective of high school students self-confidence of group counseling intervention effect, obtained before and after the intervention measure of difference analysis, which applied to the literature data method, questionnaire survey method, experimental method, qualitative research method of exploration to improve high school students self-confidence of group counseling intervention effect.Students of No.2 Middle School of Shaoyang City, Hunan Province, is the object of this study, first of all, issued a self-confidence questionnaire, understand the school's self-confidence as a whole, and take the way of recruiting selected experimental group of 13 confidence is low, the students, then divided into experimental group and the controls were compared, through 3 months time, the experimental group of 12 times related to enhance the confidence of group counseling, while the control group without intervention, life as usual. Intervention process will in the experimental group and the control group before group counseling intervention, intervention, dry prognosis psychometric test, and interviews and observers recorded on group counseling intervention before, during and after the group members, through the experimental group quality material analysis and quantitative data. Finally, to enhance the high school students group psychological counseling intervention effect were summarized. Results show:(1) the overall characteristics of high school students' self information at the present stage, and different factors have different effects on different factors.(2) group counseling to improve the students' self-confidence rise advantage.(3) the effectiveness of group counseling intervention to enhance students self-confidence from the perspective of positive psychology(4) to improve high school students' self confidence training advice, in the group can effectively improve high school students' self-confidence and positive psychological orientation and effective to enhance senior high school students' self-confidence, by using the theory of positive psychology and counseling with the culture.(5) in the experimental group the positive orientation of group counseling intervention had a positive effect, indicating that in the experimental group, the positive group counseling intervention has significant effect on senior high school students' self-confidence, not only realized for timeliness, but also has the potential long-term effects.
