After 1999,with the increasing demand for high-level talents in the social and economic development,the scale of graduate students in China has undergone a drastic change.In 20 years,the number of master's degree students in China has increased from 179,500 to 2.9 million(in 2020),with an increase of 16.16 times.In 2020,the number of master's degree students has increased by 189,000 compared with last year.The expansion of the scale inevitably increases the pressure on the investment of funds,faculty,teaching and research facilities,and restricts the improvement of the quality of postgraduate education to a large extent.In this context,it is of certain practical and theoretical significance to investigate and study the current situation of master's degree students' learning involvement.This article used the literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,statistical analysis and other research methods,combined with the study of relevant theories,in three universities in Anhui province 600 reading academic graduate student groups as investigation object,and using SPSS25 related statistical analysis found that academic graduate student study into the status quo and existing problems,to explore the main influence factors,put forward Suggestions on improving the quality of graduate student learning.The main research contents are as follows:First,the research results of relevant students' involvement at home and abroad are sorted out to make the research dynamic and the research direction clear.To define the core concepts of academic postgraduate students and learning engagement.At the same time,it explains the theory of student effort quality,the theory of student participation,and the theory of student involvement,so as to provide the theoretical basis for the questionnaire design and index classification.Secondly,based on the literature and theoretical basis,a questionnaire survey on the status quo of postgraduate students' learning involvement and its influencing factors is set up.Learning involvement is divided into two dimensions: behavioral involvement and emotional involvement.The questionnaire is designed from five aspects: learning attitude,professional identity,teacher-student interaction,self-planning and campus support.The reliability and validity of the questionnaire are tested to ensure the quality of the questionnaire.Thirdly,the research subjects are selected to carry out the investigation and statistical analysis of the current situation of academic master's degree students' learning involvement.The survey found that the study investment of postgraduate students was in the middle and above level.Postgraduate students have a good learning attitude and a positive learning attitude.Master's degree of professional identity is high,but the academic innovation research ability is insufficient;The interaction between master students and teachers is good,but the communication between tutors and students is insufficient.Postgraduate students lack self-planning;Graduate students have a high degree of satisfaction with the campus environment.Fourth,the difference analysis method,correlation analysis method,regression analysis method and interview method were used to analyze the academic master students' learning input and its influencing factors.The findings are as follows :(1)Anhui province has a high degree of investment in postgraduate study.(2)There are significant differences in the learning engagement of master students in different genders,grades and levels of universities,while there are no significant differences in the learning engagement of master students in different subject types and grades of specialized courses.(3)Learning engagement is positively correlated with professional identity,self-planning and teacher-student interaction.(4)Learning engagement is influenced by peer factors,classroom patterns,participation in tutor projects,and the award and grant system.Fifth,to review and summarize of this article research results,from the school level,the teachers level and postgraduate level,put forward the ascension of the trinity graduate student learning into countermeasures and Suggestions:(1)The school level: the graduate system flexible,perfect the scholarship incentive system,attach importance to the psychological quality of postgraduate education;(2)At the teacher level: strengthen the interaction between teachers and students,pay attention to the needs of students,attach importance to course teaching,establish interactive teaching concepts,strengthen the guidance of tutors,and encourage students to participate in academic research;(3)Students: correct learning attitude,maintain a positive learning attitude,improve self-cognition,and make self-planning.
