In 2010,the Ministry of Education established the National Vocational Professional Teaching Resources Database("Professional Teaching Resources Database")to meet the needs of teachers,students,employees of enterprises and social learners who want to develop their independent learning and career planning.After nearly ten years development,the Ministry of Education deepen the attention of the Professional Teaching Resources Database.It is essentially important to Research on Student Satisfaction and Promotion Strategy of the Vocational Professional Teaching Resources Database.This essay is based on the model and the existing research results,designing the questionnaire about students' satisfaction measurement of the National Vocational Professional Teaching Resources Database.The theoretical basis is ACSI and D&M,and the research objects are students of the construction unit of the Professional Teaching Resources Database in Liaoning Province.It constructed a model of student satisfaction evaluation in the the National Vocational Professional Teaching Resources Database.This essay analyzes data by using SPSS19.0 and AMOS22.0 to determine the current situation of student satisfaction in the Professional Teaching Resources Database,explicit the existing problems and their causes,and put forward the corresponding strategies.The conclusion of this study is as follows: First,it constructs the basic student satisfaction evaluation model and index system which is applicable to the National Vocational Professional Teaching Resources Database in Liaoning Province.Secondly,this essay finds some main factors that affect student satisfaction in the Professional Teaching Resources Database,for example,student expectation(SE),perceived system quality(PS),perceived information quality(PI),perceived service quality(PQ),perceived value(PV),student satisfaction(SS)and system loyalty(SL).Student expectation sits on the most important factor of student satisfaction.The second most important factor is perceived value and there is a significant difference in student individual variables.Thirdly,the Professional Teaching Resources Database exists some problems such as the lack of publicity,contradiction of demands and lack of meaning.The causes are the lack of scientific top-level design and positioning cognition,the lack of professional teachers and training system,and the lack of firm logistics and financial input.Finally,the Professional Teaching Resources Database needs to grasp the top-level design and functional positioning.It needs to build a professional maintenance team and a systematic teacher training.It needs to not only improve logistics support but also capital investment.
