The Study On Speciality Setting Of Higher Vocational Colleges In Liaoning Province

The development of Higher Vocational Education in our country started earlier,and higher vocational colleges began to be established in 1980 s.However,with the rapid development of China's economy,especially the rapid development of the manufacturing industry,there is a great demand for talents in higher vocational colleges,thus promoting the development of Higher Vocational colleges.The professional setting is an important foundation of higher occupation education and training in higher vocational colleges,because aspects closely fit the social demand and economic development demand in talent,so the professional settings have corresponding characteristics in different period,with the change of the external environment,especially the needs of economic development,should also be the corresponding professional settings adjustment.Since entering the new era,in the process of development of higher occupation education in our country,many higher vocational colleges have also been adjusted accordingly in the professional setting,in order to adapt to the needs of economic and social development,to provide high-quality professional talents for enterprises.But it should be noted that,in the current with changes in the economic structure of our country,the demand for talents in higher vocational colleges has also changed,which requires higher vocational colleges adjust in professional setting.At present,some higher vocational colleges inprofessional settings also exist some problems,poor sensitivity of major of Higher Vocational Colleges in some areas set up,no good grasp of market demand,resulting in higher vocational college graduates have some contradictions in the supply and demand of talents.Based on the professional setting in Higher Vocational Colleges of Liaoning Province as the research object,the problem of professional setting in Higher Vocational Colleges of Liaoning province were studied,analyzed the current situation of Higher Vocational Colleges in Liaoning province in the professional setting,using the method of questionnaire investigation and other related research methods to analyze the current problems of professional setting in Higher Vocational Colleges of Liaoning province.The study found that the current higher vocational colleges in Liaoning province in the setting of professional,there are still some serious problems,such as the professional setting and adjustment of industrial structure of Liaoning does not match,many higher vocational colleges in professional settings also exist homogeneity phenomena,some of the emerging professional development is lagging behind,the layout is not professional reasonable.It should be noted that these problems are showing higher vocational colleges of Liaoning province in the professional setting,the lack of good sensitivity,adjusted for not ignore the influence of industrial structure adjustment in Liaoning province for vocational talents,and from this angle can be seen,the professional setting in Higher Vocational Colleges of Liaoning province.Inthe new period should also fully embodies the characteristics of Higher Vocational education.Some problems existing in the current and the specialty setting of higher vocational colleges,the relevant departments should also be active attention to overall planning,the reasonable adjustment of specialty setting of higher vocational colleges,so as to provide adequate security personnel to promote the upgrading of industrial structure in Liaoning Province,which is to promote the development of higher Vocational Colleges in Liaoning Province as well as the industrial economy has it plays an important role in.
