Now we are in the era of Web 2.0.Social networks are becoming more and more popular and used more frequently. The form of research results is no longer single, including audio, video, etc. With the further development of technology and network, there are more requirements for new evaluation methods.Altmetrics was born in this context. This paper mainly discusses the correlation between indicators based on different methods and different altmetrics tools. The main contents are as follows:1.Obtain the altmetrics index data of the top 100 literature in 2017-2019 from www.altmetrics.com,and analyze the characteristics of each index. We use the unique identifier DOI to get the cited frequency of Google, use K-S method to test whether the index data obey the normal distribution, and use the corresponding index analysis method to calculate the correlation between the research indexes.2.Obtain the altmetrics index data of the 500 articles with the highest cited volume in the field of Social Sciences in alms platform from 2013 to 2014,and use the structural equation model method to study the correlation between the indexes.According to different screening criteria,27 altmetrics index data of 500 papers from2013 to 2014 were screened, and the correlation between the indexes was studied by using structural equation model method. The measurement model of 2 first level indexes and 7 second level indexes in 2013 and the structural model of 3 first level indexes and 9 second level indexes in 2014 were obtained. Thus, the conjecture that there is a certain relationship between indicators is verified, which shows that the structural equation model method has a certain practical significance in the study of the relationship between altmetrics indicators, and provides a new idea for the classification of altmetrics indicators.
