The stability and prosperity of China's educational development is directly related to the prosperity of the country and the future of the nation.The party and the state have always attached great importance to education.Education is the cornerstone of national rejuvenation and social progress.It is the fundamental way to improve the quality of the people and promote the all-round development of the people.A strong nation must first teach strongly.To give priority to the development of education and raise the level of education modernization is of decisive significance to the realization of the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way and building a modern socialist country that is prosperous,strong,democratic,culturally advanced and harmonious.Education,as a kind of public activity in a special field,contains certain social ethics and morality,and also presents the unique contradiction between teachers and students.Therefore,there is a harmonious side and a conflict side between teachers and students,which is a unique contradictory relationship.Teacher-student relationship is a special category of social public relations,it is in the process of teachers' teaching and students' learning,in order to achieve the purpose of education,teachers and students in their different identities and status,formed a mutual relationship.The establishment of a good teacher-student relationship is conducive to the improvement of school teaching results and teaching quality,helps teachers to shape a good personal image,and helps students' psychological and physical health growth.The middle school stage is a critical period in the development of students' life.Cultivating good teacher-student relationship plays an important role in the development of students.This paper focuses on the development of good ethics between teachers and students in the new era,taking the middle school of guanghe county in linxia,gansu province as an example,which is divided into four chapters.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background and value,research purpose and significance,research ideas and methods of the teacher-student ethical relationship.The first chapter is the definition and elaboration of related concepts.This part mainly discusses the essence,characteristics,evolution and development ofthe ethical relationship between teachers and students.The second chapter discusses the present situation and existing problems of the ethical relationship between teachers and students.New era in the third chapter discusses the ethical relationship between teachers and students of the main causes of disharmony,from the bondage of traditional ideas,the restriction of system and mechanism,the influence of social environment,the lack of teachers' quality in four aspects,the fourth chapter discusses some countermeasures for constructing the good ethical relationship between teachers and students a new era,from set up the concept of equality between teachers and students ethics relations,perfecting the system mechanism,strengthen the ethics strengthen construction of university students' ideology and moral character education,analyzes the four aspects.
