Folk songs are the precious intangible cultural heritage of mankind,and Chinese folk songs are an important part of the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation.Folk song teaching is an important part music education in primary school.Compared with the general singing teaching,folk song teaching carries an important mission of Cultural inheritance.In 2017,the general office of the CPC Central Committee and the general office of the State Council issued the opinions on the implementation of the project of inheritance and development of Chinese excellent traditional culture,which clearly pointed out that the inheritance of Chinese excellent traditional culture is of great significance,and also put forward tasks and requirements for music education in schools.Therefore,it is necessary to give full play to the role of school education in protecting the non-material culture.And through certain teaching strategies and methods,let students better understand folk songs,understand the cultural connotation of folk songs,cultivate students' cognitive emotion and expression ability of ethnic music culture,so as to better inherit and promote the excellent culture of the Chinese nation.However,there are still many deficiencies in the primary school folk song teaching.Many music teachers are deeply influenced by the foreign music education system.In the teaching,they only pursue the goal of "music sense" and "aesthetic feeling" of the general singing class,and the completion of the goal of "cultural perception" which should be achieved in the folk song class is not high.This paper is divided into five chapters to study the national culture strategy of the primary school folk song teaching.The first chapter is the introduction part,which clarifies the basis of the topic,points out the significance of the research,and introduces the current situation of the research and the research methods of this paper.The second chapter is the overview of the key concepts,the concept of primary folk song teaching and national culture strategy.The third chapter is the analysis of the current situation of folk song teaching in primary schools in Chengdu high-tech zone,mainly from the basic situation of teachers' teaching and students' learning,as well as the factors affecting the folk song teaching.And this paper analyzes the current situation of folk song teaching in six primary schools investigated by the high-tech Zone;The fourth chapter is the main part of this paper,taking the representative primary school folk song teaching examples in Chengdu high-tech zone as examples,to analyze the implementation and effect of the national culture strategy adopted in folk song teaching,and to analyze the potential replication of the teaching strategy.Finally,this paper analyzes the achievements and existing shortcomings of folk song teaching in primary schools in Chengdu high-tech zone,and puts forward some Suggestions for improvement.
