The mobility of teachers creates a special group of mobile teachers,and regional integration is a special problem faced by mobile teachers.The regional integration of mobile teachers refers to the dynamic process of teachers' continuous acceptance,exclusion,internalization and comprehensive understanding of the natural,economic,political and cultural factors flowing into the region.The results are often manifested in teachers' environmental identity,cultural attachment,social belonging and work commitment.These four elements also constitute the basic framework of regional integration.The impact of regional integration in teacher mobility is mainly reflected in the impact of regional integration on the working attitude of mobile teachers,teaching quality and professional development of teachers.The regional integration of mobile teachers can be explained from the perspectives of explanatory anthropology,workplace learning theory and functional analysis theory.Regarding the regional integration of mobile teachers,we can take Nanyue District of Hengyang City as an example to analyze typical cases.The materials needed for the case analysis can be obtained through interviews with mobile teachers.The interview records are coded and analyzed at three levels by using the grounded theory research method.Variables of regional integration of mobile teachers and their interrelationships are preliminarily found.In order to improve the level of regional integration of mobile teachers and promote the stable development of teachers,it is necessary to work together from three levels: teachers,schools and the government.Individual teachers should actively enhance their ability to adapt to different geographical environments,learn independently and develop endogenously;put forward that schools should practice humanistic management mode,establish multi-dimensional teacher evaluation mechanism and exclusive traditional school strategies;at the government level,teachers' salaries should be improved,and mobile teachers' compensation should be provided to innovate the establishment and management.
