Since 2010,preschool education has returned to the level of "state policy" and the state proposed to "establish a public service system for preschool education".By 2019,preschool education in China has been developing rapidly for nearly ten years.In these time nodes,there is a explosive growth in the number of schools openning undergraduate pre-school education,and many excellent undergraduates from pre-school education have already worked successfully.Although the graduates of higher vocational colleges are still the main employment force in preschool education industry,the undergraduates of preschool education major have become an important source of talents in preschool education industry.To develop the preschool education industry,more professionals are needed to join the industry,So we should focus on the employment choice of preschool education undergraduates.This study mainly adopts questionnaire method and interview method,preschool education undergraduate were investigated in employment selection problem.Questionnaire survey was conducted among 165 undergraduates in preschool education of H University in Henan Province.In addition,interviews were conducted with H University's employment instructors,counselors and professional teachers,as well as some graduates.Through the research,a large number of first-hand effective data are obtained.In addition,this study also used the literature research method in the process of topic selection,thesis proposal and writing.According to the research direction,the author inquired and read a large number of government reports,policies and regulations,and also searched related literature and papers through Cnki,ProQuest and other websites.Government data and the research results of scholars and experts provide data and theoretical support for this study.Firstly,this study is based on questionnaires,interviews and literature review.Combined with the theme of this study and the dimensions of questionnaire design,this paper carries out a detailed data analysis from three aspects: the results of employment selection,the process of employment selection and relevant factors.Secondly,through the above data analysis,combined with the theoretical basis of thisstudy,we found some problems in the employment choice of preschool education graduates.The subjective level includes four aspects: employment concept,theory and skills,career planning and professional identity.The objective level includes three aspects: college employment guidance and professional training,family society and government.Combining the knowledge of sociology and educational sociology of education,the author discusses the above problems in detail,so as to better study the next step.Finally,through the above detailed analysis of above problems,this study puts forward targeted Suggestions and countermeasures from the three levels of individuals and families,universities,government and society.
