The improvement of the skills and comprehensive quality of rural labor force is an important measure to help the rural poor get rid of poverty and build a well-off society in an all-round way.It is a necessary way to promote the implementation of the strategy of Rural Revitalization in the new era,and also an effective way to accelerate the integration of urban and rural development and realize the construction of agricultural modernization.Vocational education is the fundamental method to help rural labor force improve their vocational skills and comprehensive quality,solve the problem of employment,and achieve stable income.On the basis of sorting out the content and measures of the related projects of rural labor force vocational education and training in China,the opportunities and challenges of rural labor force vocational education and training in the new era are analyzed.Building a well-off society is of great significance.This paper uses literature analysis,empirical analysis and other research methods to conduct a more in-depth and systematic study on the vocational education and training of rural labor force in the new era.The thesis includes the following chapters:The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly describes the significance and background of this topic,the summary of research status,research ideas and methods,innovation and shortcomings.The second chapter is an overview of vocational education and training of rural labor force in the new era.Firstly,it defines the concepts of vocational education,vocational training,vocational education and training of rural labor force and education poverty alleviation project.Secondly,from the two aspects of rural labor vocational education and training to serve the construction of agricultural modernization and promote the development of new urbanization,this paper expounds the objectives and tasks of rural labor vocational education and training.Thirdly,it summarizes the significance of vocational education and training of rural labor force in the new era from three aspects: the improvement of employment ability and living standard of rural labor force,the solution of rural "hollowing out" problem,and the promotion and implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy.The third chapter is the theoretical basis of vocational education and training of rural labor force in the new era.First,it summarizes the classic Marxist vocational education and training ideas based on three aspects: vocational education promotes the overall development of people,education should be combined with practice,and vocational education promotes the improvement of social productivity.Secondly,from the aspects of combining education with productive labor,agricultural production with science and technology education,and vocational education as an important part of human resource development,the Chinese Marxist thinking on rural labor vocational education and training was summarized in three aspects.The fourth chapter is the content and the measures of vocational education and training of rural labor force in the new era.In recent years,in order to promote the development of rural labor vocational education,the state has launched relevant training projects.This paper summarizes the contents of the training project of Yulu plan,the training project of "leading geese" for rural youth to become rich in entrepreneurship,the training project for rural entrepreneurs to become rich leaders,the training project for migrant workers to return to their hometown,the training project for new vocational farmers,and the action for women to get rid of poverty,and summarizes the implementation results of the above projects.The fifth chapter is about the opportunities,challenges and countermeasures of rural labor force vocational education and training in the new era.First of all,it analyzes the new opportunities for the development of vocational education and training of rural labor force.Secondly,according to the current situation of vocational education and training of rural labor force in China,this paper puts forward some problems,such as the emergence of "new study is useless" in rural areas,the unbalanced development of vocational education of rural labor force in China,and the hollowing out of rural areas,which restrain the development of vocational education and training of rural labor force.Thirdly,through the analysis of the actual situation of different types of labor in rural areas,summed up the combination of poverty alleviation and Zhizhi(intellectual),build a multi-level systematic rural labor vocational education and training system,integrate "teaching according to the aptitude" into the training of rural left-behind labor SolutionsThe innovation of this article lies in: according to the current development of rural labor force education in rural areas of our country,it is concluded that the new era of China's rural labor force vocational education and training has ushered in the opportunities of successively implementing the strategy of revitalizing the country through science and education,strengthening the country with talents,and rural revitalization,while facing rural areas A series of challenges such as the emergence of the "new reading and uselessness" viewpoint,the unbalanced development of vocational education and training in the rural labor force,and the "hollowing out" of rural areas,and proposed a combination of poverty alleviation and wisdom support based on China's current situation and challenges to build a multi-level systematic rural The vocational education and training system of the labor force and the integration of "teaching according to the aptitude" into the training of rural left-behind labor force and other solutions.
