Research Of Target Poverty Alleviation Model In Agricultural Universities Under The Vision Of Rural Revitalization

University fixed-point poverty alleviation is an important component of the integrated system of Poverty Reduction Strategies in the triplet of China's “Special Poverty Alleviation,Industrial Poverty Alleviation,and Social Poverty Alleviation”,and is an important force for the implementation of Target Poverty Alleviation Strategy and Rural Revitalization Strategy.In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the major deployment of the strategy for revitalizing the countryside was first proposed.To follow the path of revitalizing the socialist countryside with Chinese characteristics,take the road of poverty alleviation with Chinese characteristics,and resolutely lay a good fight against poverty.This is a crucial battle for building a well-off society in an all-round way.At present,China is in the period of convergence between the implementation of target poverty alleviation and rural revitalization strategy.Winning the target poverty alleviation war is the premise and foundation of rural revitalization.Implementing the rural revitalization strategy is the consolidation and upgrading of target poverty alleviation.Target poverty alleviation and rural revitalization are two stages of connecting and relying on rural development in poverty-stricken areas.Universities,especially agricultural universities,take advantage of agricultural science and education,and apply different poverty alleviation models to participate in target poverty alleviation work,which is an important embodiment of fulfilling social service functions,it's also the only way to achieve the connotative development of higher education.The functional orientation,unique advantages and development needs of agricultural universities determine their irreplaceable role in target poverty alleviation.First of all,this study defines one concept involved in the research of target poverty alleviation model in agricultural universities,such as agricultural universities target poverty alleviation models.This paper discusses the theoretical basis of target poverty alleviation model in agricultural universities,such as the theory of triple helix,the theory of collaborative governance,and the theory of anti-poverty in China.Secondly,through the combing of policies related to poverty alleviation inuniversities,it lays a policy foundation for universities to participate in poverty alleviation work.Through the text analysis of the poverty alleviation report of the first batch of 44 institutions directly under the administration of Ministry of Education,from the four aspects of education,industry,talents and medical treatment,it outlines the transformation of the practice process of poverty alleviation work in universities.It provides a rich practical reference for the exploration of effective and target poverty alleviation models for agricultural universities and other characteristic universities,and also provides useful enlightenment for agricultural universities to promote the target poverty alleviation mode.Finally,the paper analyzes the typical target poverty alleviation models of the three agricultural colleges directly under the Ministry of Education and six provincial agricultural universities.Taking Huazhong Agricultural University as a case of poverty alleviation and Jianshi County as an example.Analysis of the practical dilemma of target poverty alleviation mode in agricultural universities.Based on this,this paper studies the general model of target poverty alleviation in agricultural universities,expounds its constituent elements,basic connotations,main features and innovative principles,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the operation and guarantee of the target poverty alleviation model in agricultural universities in China.
