Research On The Realization Path Of Moral Values Establishment And People Cultivation In The Colleges And Universities Of Qinghai Province In The New Era

Moral values establishment and people cultivation is the all-important task of Chinese universities and the basic law of talents growth.The colleges and universities in Qinghai province is a significant part of the layout of higher education in China,which provides a pool of valuable talents and intellectual support to local economic and social evolvement.The achievement of moral values establishment and people cultivation in Qinghai not only relates to the university's own development,but also has certain practical value for the cultivation of new generations and the development and progress of the society,as well as the realization of national rejuvenation.Accurately grasping the actuality of moral values establishment and people cultivation in Qinghai' province colleges and universities is the premise and basis for exploring its realization path.Based on the new orientation of the "new era" to focus on the current situation of moral values establishment and people cultivation in Qinghai province universities,this research has to have an accurate and comprehensive grasp of moral values establishment and people cultivation in colleges and universities of Qinghai province,including studying the main achievements,dissecting the typical cases,sorting out the main initiatives,finding out the influence factors of fostering people in the new era,and then clarifying the opportunities of the times in the new era.These are basic ideas of this research.This study is not only based on the actual considerations of the status quo,but also focused on far-reaching consideration of cultivating new generations.With respect to the practices of moral values establishment and people cultivation in the new era,there are three critical dimensions,which are the methodological thinking on the implementation path,namely,the basic adherence to achieve the fundamental task,the basic strategy to improve the system and the specific path to innovate practice.In the new era,we need to start from these three key dimensions to achieve the goals and tasks of moral values establishment and people cultivation,so as to form a more systematic and effective pattern and practice.
