Research On The Realization Path Of Institutional Culture Education In Colleges And Universities

according to law,which is in line with the historical mission of colleges and universities to establish moral and cultivate people,and advocates the construction of systems and cultural systems with their own characteristics,forming a modern governance mechanism of colleges and universities that is people-oriented,scientific,efficient and orderly,in order to create a healthy and harmonious campus culture environment,we should respect,understand and care for people in all aspects of the educational activities.It is the soul and essence of higher education to educate people by culture,and how to make full use ofcollege system culture to cultivate,inspire,inspire and perfect people,and continuously promote the improvement of the overall quality of college students,this is the major challenge and important task that the ideological and political work of colleges and universities faces at present.The modern education idea indicates that only by establishing the modern university system can we say that we can build the first-class universities.Looking at some famous first-class universities at home and abroad,the reason why they lead the coquettish,it is because it has the system culture which conforms to the Times Development request and manifests the unique quality.The construction of institutional culture in colleges and universities is an important content which can not be ignored.The construction of institutional culture can make the management of colleges and universities be carried out,and all kinds of behaviors on campus be restrained and standardized.Therefore,it can be said that the significance of institutional culture for colleges and universities lies in that it provides a strong guarantee for the embodiment of the national will,the implementation of school-running ideas and the realization of students' all-round development.Through positive inculcation,deep guidance and imperceptible effect,the institutional culture of colleges and universities gradually makes the individuals who are immersed in it receive invisible spiritual stimulation and behavior correction,paying attention to the cultivation of independent personality and students' individuality,respecting the feelings and interests of college students,making the institutional culture of colleges and universities become an important resource for colleges and universities to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education,while enhancing the efficiency of college governance,in the broad stage of cultural inheritance,integration and innovation,the ways and means of promoting the ideological and political education in colleges and universities are explored.Based on the basic principles of ideological and Political Education,this study draws on the theoretical and practical achievements of pedagogy,institutional economics and ethics,from the perspective of Cultural Education,this paper explores the ways to make use of institutional culture to educate people and improve the actual effect of ideologicaland political education.This study consists of six parts: the introduction introduces the background,significance and methods of this study,and combs the relevant literature.The first chapter defines the three core concepts of system,system culture and university system culture,on this basis,it expounds that the core elements of institutional culture in colleges and universities are spiritual culture,material culture and behavior culture,which have the characteristics of standardization,compulsion,diversity and immersion.The second chapter puts forward the core point of this research: The function of educating people is the core function of the institutional culture of colleges and universities,which is embodied in that the institutional culture of colleges and universities can provide clear value guidance for teachers and students,and effectively regulate individual behavior,strengthen the collective consciousness of students and actively cultivate the new generation.The third chapter analyzes the current situation of institutional culture education in colleges and universities,and finds that although the institutional culture education in colleges and universities has achieved some results,there is still room for improvement in the aspects of ideology,institutional construction and carrier utilization.The Fourth Chapter puts forward the ways to realize the education of institutional culture in colleges and universities from three aspects: clarifying the value idea,perfecting the system system and giving full play to the carrier function.The conclusion part is a summary and reflection of this study.
