Although the traditional teaching methods used in the current domestic university tennis courses have its advantages,they are too focused on the teacher's teaching.Instead,they are too passive in teaching,and this has evolved into obedient teaching.This article introduces "Tennis Play and Stay" to the first semester tennis lesson of the university and explores the impact of "Tennis Play and Stay" on the student's tennis level,psychology,and physical fitness in college tennis lessons.In order to prevent the difficulty of entry and the loss of tennis interest,the loss of college tennis population is the starting point.It enriches teaching methods,simplifies teaching structure,improves teaching quality,creates a happy and pleasant classroom atmosphere,provides theoretical references for university tennis teaching,and also provides college tennis.Teachers provide new ideas and provide more possibilities for college tennis development.This article chooses the literature data method to collect a large amount of data,and uses the experimental method to conduct group contrast teaching,then uses the questionnaire method to test the students' psychology after the experiment,and finally uses the mathematical statistics method to analyze all the data from the test."Tennis Play and Stay" will be used in the experimental class and traditional teaching methods will be used in the control class to explore the rationality and applicability of introducing "Tennis Play and Stay" into the university tennis class.The results of the study show that tennis technology:the scores of experimental classes are much higher than those of the control class.Physical quality and function:Students in both classes before and after the teaching experiment,50 meters in class,standing and jumping,round-trip running,and vital capacity test,have greatly improved in these 4 items.Psychology:In the overall sense of sexual interest,novelty and pleasure,the experimental class is far better than the control class,and the difference is extremely significant;the challenge class is higher than the experimental class,and the difference is significant;exploratory and attentional.There were no significant differences between the two classes.Two kinds of teaching content comparison:using "fast and easy tennis" teaching to make the use of the site more flexible,can give students more time for practice,teaching content allows students to more reasonable and faster to cross the ball to play,to play the game The "bottleneck period."Analysis conclusion:1."Tennis Play and Stay",a teaching method developed for beginners of tennis,enables students who are just getting started to get up and running faster than traditional tennis teaching.2.To improve physical fitness is the fundamental point that physical education classes bring to students.Both the traditional method and the "Tennis Play and Stay"method can improve students' physical quality and function.3.Compared with traditional teaching methods,"Tennis Play and Stay" can allow students to experience the entertainment side and competitive side of the project while learning tennis,and make the classroom more active and interesting for students.Turn"play" into motivation to improve teaching effectiveness.4."Tennis Play and Stay" revolutionary innovation-the improvement of the size of the venue and the ball pressure,but also can solve the urgent needs of many people,but also can solve the site waste situation,through the improvement of the size of the site,allowing students to have More practice playing time.5.Through the improvement of red,orange and green decompression balls,regular tennis,and teaching methods,students will be able to spend the difficult period of practice faster,and the students' tennis skills will be flexible and more flexible and reasonable.Through the bottleneck period from the fight to actual combat.
