With the extension of the game time,it is more difficult to gain each point in badminton,because of the heavy consumption of physical strength in the process of the game.Physical fitness,as one of the important factors to win the game,is crucial in daily training.Although Chinese badminton team belongs to the first-class level in the world,it is not very perfect in the training method of special physical ability of badminton.Crossfit training is a physical training method widely spread abroad in recent years.Compared with traditional fitness methods,Crossfit training mode has flexible and diverse training forms and focuses more on exercise realization,thus attracting extensive attention from coaches and researchers and achieving good results in actual tests.Therefore,this thesis attempts to combine Crossfit training with badminton,and find out innovative training methods that can improve the specific physical fitness of badminton.In this thesis,literature method,experimental method,mathematical statistical analysis method and other research methods were used to explore the difference in the impact of Crossfit training and traditional badminton physical training on specific physical fitness of badminton players.Twenty badminton students were randomly distinguish between experimental group and control group.The first group used Crossfit training ways.The another group used the traditional training ways,and tested the strength quality,aerobic endurance quality,flexibility quality and agility quality before and after the experiment.SPSS25.0 was used for independent sample T test analysis.Draw the following conclusions1.Through the analysis of the data before and after the experiment,the members of the two groups have improved in each performance,indicating that the two training methods have a certain promotion effect on the athletes in each test event.2.Crossfit training is more conducive to improving athletes’ aerobic endurance than traditional physical training3.Crossfit training is more conducive to improving the strength quality of badminton players compared with traditional physical training,especially the improvement of upper body strength.4.Crossfit training can improve the sensitivity and flexibility of badminton players to a certain extent,but the improvement effect is not much different from traditional physical training5.Adding Crossfit training to the training of selected badminton students in the sports Institute has a certain promotion effect on improving badminton skills and their own quality.
