Research On The Construction And Development Of Sports And Leisure Towns In Liaoning Province

The purpose of the construction of sports and leisure towns at the beginning was to break the dilemma faced by China's sports industry,promote the vigorous development of the sports industry,and at the same time meet the people's demand for sports and leisure,and achieve positive effects on physical and mental health.With the changes in industry development in the past for a long time,the market competitiveness of Liaoning region has declined,and alternative industries have not been developed in time,resulting in a declining economy and the development of the sports industry has been hindered.However,from the perspective of the development of the sports industry,Liaoning is a major sports province in our country.Sports talent reserves and mass sports awareness are relatively good,plus certain advantages of natural resources,ecological environment,and regional characteristics.The opportunity of the sports and leisure towns to develop the sports industry can,to a certain extent,inject vitality into the resurgence of Liaoning's economy and contribute to the promotion of national strategies such as "National Fitness" and "Healthy China".In August 2017,among the first batch of national sports and leisure town pilot construction projects announced by the State General Administration of Sports,three sports and leisure town pilot projects in Liaoning Province were successfully shortlisted.Including Dalian Wafangdian City Jiangjun Stone Sports and Leisure Town,Dandong Fengcheng Dalishu Orienteering Sports Town,Yingkou Bayuquan District Hongjia Town Hejiagou Sports Town.In Liaoning Province are the pioneers of sports and leisure towns in Liaoning Province.Their construction and development not only affect the subsequent development and construction of sports and leisure towns,but also directly affect the development of the sports industry in Liaoning Province.So,this article will use the methods of literature data,logic analysis,questionnaire survey,field survey,mathematical statistics and other methods to organize related materials,determine the research purpose,and sort out the researchdirection,and conduct in-depth research from the town's infrastructure,current status of operations,and operation management.Further analyze the problems existing in the construction and development of sports and leisure towns in Liaoning Province,and summarize the experience of development and construction,and learn from the positives,and explore the countermeasures of construction and development,in order to provide theoretical reference for future research.The study concluded as follows:(1)At present,the construction and development of sports and leisure towns in Liaoning Province are still in the stage of development and perfection.They have great advantages in sports tourism,natural conditions,resources and humanities,and can be a sports and leisure town in Liaoning Province provide good development conditions.The development types of characteristic sports and leisure towns in Liaoning Province are leisure and leisure sports and leisure sports towns that mainly operate in the form of easy sports and sports and leisure sports and leisure towns that mainly operate sports and health.(2)Because some sports and leisure towns in Liaoning Province are still under construction,some infrastructures are lacking.At the same time,other major problems can be summarized into four categories: First management and propaganda of towns;Second,the issue of key industrial projects in small towns;Third,the distinctive problem of the town's characteristic planning;Fourth,the issue of the combination of urban and rural industries in the town.;Generally speaking,the development of “food,accommodation,travel and entertainment” is not complete and has characteristics,which hinders the development of sports and leisure towns in Liaoning Province.(3)According to the status quo of the construction and development of sports and leisure towns in Liaoning Province,combined with the main problems and the needs of social development in the new era,corresponding countermeasures are proposed.In general,it is necessary to highlight "innovation,green,sharing,coordination" in Liaoning Province The important position in the construction and development of leisure characteristic towns,which can promote the long-term,healthy,effective and reasonable development of the town.
