| Objective: This study takes the effect of physical function training on the physical fitness of high school sports students as the research content,explores the differences between functional training and traditional training methods,and provides data and theoretical support for scientific training.Methods: Using literature method,mathematical statistics method and experimental method,40 students with sports talents from Zhongying Middle School in Kunming,Yunnan Province were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,and 20 people in each group underwent exercise intervention for 12 weeks,and SPSS26.0 was used to analyze independent sample T and paired sample T data for the test results of physical fitness related indicators before and after the experiment in the experimental group and the control group.Results:(1)In terms of speed quality,after 12 weeks of exercise intervention,the experimental data were compared between groups,and there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05);the experimental data were compared within the group,and the experimental group had a very significant difference(P<0.01),and the control group showed a significant difference(P<0.05).(2)In terms of strength quality,the experimental group had a very significant difference(P<0.01)compared with the control group after the experiment;the two groups were compared within the group,and the experimental group and the control group had a very significant difference(P<0.01).(3)In terms of endurance quality,there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group after the experiment(P>0.05);the two groups were compared within the group,and the experimental group and the control group had a very significant difference(P<0.01).(4)In terms of sensitivity quality,there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group after the experiment(P<0.05);the two groups were compared within the group,and the experimental group and the control group showed a very significant difference(P<0.01).(5)In terms of flexibility quality,there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group after the experiment(P>0.05);the two groups were compared within the group,and the experimental group and the control group had a very significant difference(P<0.01).(6)In terms of functional action screening test results,after 12 weeks of training,the relevant data were compared between groups,and the total score of functional action screening in the experimental group was very significant compared with that of the control group(P<0.01);the total score of functional action screening in the experimental group and the control group showed a very significant difference(P<0.01)in the comparison of relevant data.Conclusion: Both physical function training and traditional physical fitness training can improve the physical fitness of high school sports students,but the effect of physical function training in speed,strength and sensitivity is better than that of traditional training. |
