It provides opportunities for teachers to observe young children,especially the development of children's personality,and how to give appropriate help and guidance naturally become the topic from early childhood curriculum reform.Observation ability is regarded as one of the important professional abilities of kindergarten teachers,and the sharp,objective and reflective characteristics of observation ability reflects the professional degree of teachers.How teachers take a balance between children's growth and their professional development,take the multiple roles of educators and observers into account,and achieve a win-win situation in educational practice,which impose higher requirements on teachers' observation ability.The study selected three kindergartens in Kunming as research object,and uses the literature method,observation method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,and ect.It investigated the observational status of kindergarten teachers under the professional conscious vision and the exploration of teachers' observation ability in the kindergarten,and analysis the deficiencies and causes of the observation ability of today's kindergarten teachers in order to provide some reference for the kindergarten teachers to improve their observation ability.This article contains the following five parts as following:The first part is Introduction.This part mainly expounds the reasons for choosing the topic,the definition of the concept,the literature review,the theoretical basis and the research design.The second part is the status quo of observation ability of teachers in three kindergartens in Kunming under the perspective of professional consciousness.This section presents the teachers' understanding of observations,how to observe and the records and reflections of the observations.The third part is the analysis of the developmental advantages,deficiencies and reasons of the observation ability of the three kindergarten teachers in Kunming under the perspective of professional consciousness.This section summarizes the advantages of kindergarten teachers' observation ability development,and points outthe existing deficiencies and analyzes the reasons from three aspects: observation knowledge,observation implementation,and the records and reflections of the observations.The last part is countermeasures and suggestions.In this part,we think about improving the observation ability of kindergarten teachers under the perspective of professional consciousness.It mainly make suggestions from the aspects of reshaping concepts and attitudes;strengthening observation exercises;updating observation knowledge structure;innovating teaching and research methods and accepting environmental support.
